Felt like we were rushed through process not well informed, dismissed when voicing concerns. Stipulations on storage were not explained. Items were water damaged in the unit. Didn’t feel validated.

The manager is so terrible at this location. He is by far the worst manager I have ever met in a business. I live very close to this uhaul location so I use it a lot and every single time he is rude.

Trucks were always parked in front of bay doors to access storage. Long term customers who paid on time did not matter for rate increases.

Some of the staff were super helpful, others seems annoyed by my presence. I called on 6/7 to upgrade to the $19.48 insurance. I was charged the $19.48, but not credited the original $10.95.
