I had a problem returning a trailer, my pickup was stuck in mud, unable to get out and pull trailer, I called and was given advice and reassured, as well as greeted very warmly when I returned trailer, very nice and supportive crew at uhaul!

Be careful of the charges!. Look over the charges carefully. We were billed double for insurance. We were charged for more time than we had the vehicle. They called to ask if the vehicle had been returned, when we actually spoke with an employee who tagged the vehicle when it was returned. I've used uhaul many times... This was the worse experience ever using them.

My only disappointment was that the 10’ truck I rented did not have a ramp. I didn’t know I needed to check for that. Unfortunately I was only able to do half of what I needed to (thus the truck being back early and extra gas on board) would it be unreasonable to ask for a discount on a trailer with ramp to complete my move?

Made a reservation for Sunday am at 8 using your 24/7 system. When I arrived our truck was blocked in by another truck I had no access to. Had to wait till nine to start the process. Was half an hour late for our appointed pick up. Would have picked it up Saturday night if I had known it would be such a gaff.

It was frustrating because I was picking the trailer up after work. When I arrived the guy there was super helpful, but I had issues with the getting the trailer. It was blocked in so it took him a while to pull it out from behind other trailers. Then the lights were not working and he had to fix them before I left. I waited around for 30-45 mins for this to get all done.

I reserved a 10’ box truck over the phone. When I got there I quickly realized the 10’ truck would not work. When I asked the attendant to switch it out with a bigger truck so I wouldn’t have to make two trips she responded that she couldn’t because the trucks were arranged for plowing... no snow in the forecast with the weekend being close to 60 degrees, in my opinion this was a matter of laziness. When I got outside there was a 15’ truck parked in the truck arrangement for “plowing” that was easily accessible and I would have gladly taken that one so I wouldn’t have had to make two trips. When I got in the 10’ truck it smelled disgusting of stale cigarette smoke in the non smoking truck and the truck only had 5200 miles. When I returned the truck after making my two trips, my bill was almost $200 for an “affordable” move. The lot attendant was quick to give me a 10% discount which helped, but she assured me that was all she could do. If I had the 15’ truck my move would have been much more affordable and less stressful, but because of the lady who waited on me being lazy, it was not...

The location was staffed my one person who was out in the yard helping a customer. There is no security or anyone to help in the office with only one person on. A dishonest person could have stolen several items from the showroom. The truck ran well and overall it suited my purposes. However, it was dangerous to drive at night because the headlights were aimed somewhere other than the road! They were terrible!!!

The after hours check in process requires a smartphone, which is not convenient for everyone. An alternate way to drop off equipment after hours would be appreciated.

The staff was overwhelmed trying to take care of customers and clearing off snow at the same time. Management needs additional work capacity after snowfalls. Kudos for the staff there who were working hard to remove icy compacted snow.

Return Drivers License. Tires that are made for winter conditions. Charged for 2 extra days cause the van was stuck and couldn't get back to return was told initially it was okay but was charged anyway.

I was disappointed by the forced inconvenience of having to use a mobile device and create an account in order to avoid the $20 service fee for after hours drop-off. On a cold night, when your phone battery is dead, it's a real bummer to have to eat the service fee. It shouldn't cost any more to drop it off after hours than during hours.

I did a 24/7 rental and I was very suprise that they had my trucked warming up for me. With it being so cold out I know that getting the trucks clean is hard to do so I was very impressed by how clean the floor was when I picked up my truck. Thanks for all the hard work you guys do out in the cold weather!

Being a new person to U-Haul, Devon was very helpful, polite, & courtesy. It was a busy morning when I arrived, only two staff working with at least five trucks turned in from the night before, a customer infront of me, who was not that familiar with renting nor having a hitch on the vehicle, and more in line. Manager &/or owner of this U-Haul I have a few suggestions, in the morning there should be at least one person with knowledge of everything, especially with new people on board. Need to make sure all new employees know the ends & outs regarding the U-haul business, don't leave new employees out to hang & than "talk" to them about what they didn't do. This is poor management. If you want employees to succeed, you as a manager/owner need to be there with them, to teach & guide them, show them how things work, teach them about items that can be installed on a vehicle, what they can or can't do when a piece of equipment doesn't work. I could go on & on, but hopefully my point is taken. All in all, Devon was very helpful with the trailer I rented. Another suggestion is this, in cold weather the company should have back up gloves for their employees, as frost bite is not a good thing for anyone. I have used this facility many times & would use it again.

Offer 4-wheel drive vehicles as an option, especially in the winter. Later office opening Advise renters to take pictures of the dashboard meters before taking the vehicle and after bringing it back. Get more customer-friendly officers like Sabrina

The access to the storage is horrible . You need to carry boxes up stairs and then get them through a door and onto a conveyor belt to go down a flight of stairs and then fight through a meat curtain.

As far as I am concerned the Hanover Street uhaul is the company's only beacon of light. People there were friendly and helpful after a poor experience dealing with call center reps who were clueless.

Hard to get your stuff into, must walk up stairs then down stairs to get to the unit. Massive conveyor belt makes it easier to get stuff down but dangerous for kids. It was clean.

I had problems while here. First, the automatic payments got messed up and I was locked out of my unit due to Uhaul error. Also, there was water damage and a lot of senimental items were ruined.
