DAVID S | First ImpressionsMy truck was stolen out of their place and the out going gate was broken. The chain was broken. I was back there several hours later telling them the police would be contacting them and the gate was still broken. DO NOT STORE ANYTHING THERE YOU CARE ABOUT. I was paying them 400 dollars a month for a gated secure place. With the only people who have access is paying customers. NOPE I was lied too. Metro has the police report.

I would also like to thank Donny for excellent customer service and making the check out process easy. Donny is extremely knowledgeable in all of your U-Haul needs. I would also like to thank Ben for letting us know about the U-Haul donation program. 5 Star Service for this U-Haul facility highly recommend!!

Kaya M | Overall ExperienceOverall the location is joke the customers service was poor the staff were rude and lied to me about a lot of things they have staff working onsite that are selling illegal substances on site customers which makes the facility very unsafe for customers when I tried to bring it to management they kind of blew it off and ignore the fact that it was happening right there under their nose

Melinda G | First ImpressionsMy 5 x 5 storage was 5 x 4'2" inside as measured. The lines drawn in the office to represent two 5x5 compared to a 10 x 10 where so far off its more like fraud. If I remember correctly after they measured it at my request, it was under 4 foot wide.
