Excellent service. Always very friendly and nice, I have 3 units there and I have rented vehicles there. I have never had a bad experience. Every employee there has always been nice.

CYNTHIA WGood service and setup help. Some of the employees were very cool and friendly. It's a good location being on that corner of W Hacienda and S Jones Blvd. Hacienda is pretty relaxing street for leaving the gate. it does have some road cones up, but the road is good. Careful driving by the storage units because there's step down parts every ao often in the pavement, more significant right by the building. so go around or gently go speed bump slow.

ASHLEIGH MWorst service. 1 customer in front of me and it took 45 min to get my rental! She (owner) took a phone call for an order while in the middle of helping me get my rental. The vehicle shakes so bad while applying brakes, I'm sure rotors need to be replaced. I'll drive further for better service any day

VICTOR MThe lady gave poor customer service. Asked a lot of questions when the information wasn't needed. Also needed to call 3 people when I've never had that experience also. The whole experience almost made me walk out, but I really needed to move. When you hire people with bad energy, they leave bad energy with every customer they come in contact with. Go to another location. This one is terrible.
ALISSA AHave a few chairs available for people waiting. I stood for 45 minutes waiting in line and it would have been nice to be able to sit. Customer service was excellent but someone had called in absent for the day and the woman working alone was stressed but remained friendly.
Steven BU-Haul made my life very hard as they confirmed one location but the vehicle was not available, they called me and updated me to go to 6995 W Dewey Dr but the vehicle was not there. I had to call them again to confirm where the vehicle is available. Finally at 3rd location I got the vehicle. It's not a good experience for me.
SANKARA AThe online self check in is convenient , but only if they're not busy . My rental was from 6pm-10pm and I arrived 10 mins early to check in . Everything was smooth except the keys weren't in the lock box . I had to go inside and wait in line for the keys which cut in 40 mins of my time . I didnt get to complete my move because I had to return the truck by 10 . The return process was easy though
Lauren PI was very dissapointed woth the service of the person I spoke with they charge me for gas or fueled, The gas i got when we used the car is over when i bring it back so i can make sure they will NOT charge me .Kathy who assisted us said she can not do anything on that I was asking her Why will i pay the fuel if I have enough fuel more than the fuel when I got it. I took a picture of the gauge when we pick up the truck. She said because you have to upload a picture to the app I said no one mentioned that to us. She is unreasonable. No willingness to help. SUPER DISSAPOINTED for charging customers too much.

Araceli SOvercomplicated and Dehumanizing Experience - 1 Star I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with U-Haul in Las Vegas, NV. The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated and redundant. I had to enter my information three times online, and when I arrived, I had to provide all the same details again to the "owner." It felt more like being processed into a jail with all the excessive procedures they have in place. The need for two contracts just to rent a truck is utterly nonsensical. What kind of safety measures or guarantees does that provide? If I were to steal the truck, the contract wouldn't even know who I was. The contract isn't agreeing to any terms and conditions that would make a difference. Furthermore, U-Haul doesn't need to know my new home address or what I'm moving. They already have my driver's license, and I could easily lie and provide a fake address. The insistence on this personal information is invasive and unnecessary. The most humiliating part was having my photo taken right in front of the whole store. Why not just fingerprint me too? It's demeaning and makes customers feel like criminals. Additionally, if there are customers in the store, they should be attended to first instead of answering calls. We took the time to come down and spend money at the store, so we deserve to be prioritized. I was initially considering setting up a corporate account with U-Haul for weekly tasks, but after this experience, I will go out of my way to avoid using U-Haul again. Instead, I'll be opting for your direct competitor. I refuse to be treated like a criminal, and the ridiculous standards you have to rent a truck are unacceptable. I have a feeling U-Haul sells my personal information. With this in mind I gave very specific information that I have only give U-Haul this 1 time. In the event this information makes its way to a telemarketing company, I will look into legal action and at the very least, take 10-15 mins everyday to leave terrible reviews for your company! You embarrass me, I will ensure I cost you money in return!

arnold lMy appointment was for 4pm, when I got there the truck wasn't ready. They only had one person on the counter. After about 30 minutes. The employee goes out to the truck, mops the back and gives me the keys. I leave 40 minutes after my appointment time. Thats close to an hour of time I needed. Time management is something that needs to be improved

RANDY SThe U-haul advertisement stated that the U-Haul rental includes 2 days and 342 miles. I estimated my trip to be about 250 but it ended up being 280. It is still under the 342. U-Haul charged me for going over the miles even though I did not. I will not be using this service again.

Terry JWas not open at 9am for my appt. Took over 30 minutes to get the truck out due to ridiculous amount of checks, double checks, and triple checks. Last time I rented from this location (5 yrs ago) it took about 6-7 minutes to get on my way.

Yann LI Reserved a Truck three Months in Advance. I called Manager Rhonda to inform her I would be 20 min behind the Scheduled puckup time. I arrived and they Intentionally gave the truck to someone else. They all lied and put the Mistake on the new guy. I had to wait 4 hrs until the truck was returned. When processing the order on the computer, Rhonda appeared confused and acted as though she didn't have much knowledge of what was going on with my order. She messed up my Discount and I ended up paying more for my Auto Transporter. I would Never Ever Recommend Anyone, Especially People of Color to rent from this Location. I have already filed a Complaint.

Romi BThe door chime sounded when I walked in. No customer waiting so no staff member greeting. Waited and waited for somebody to help with my rental for almost 10 minutes before I walked to the lot to find some help. Got hold of a young lady and she replied that she would be back in the office to help me right away. I walked bak to the office and a few seconds later the young lady came back from the back door, somebody in the next room talking to her. So there is a person there in the room next to the counter all this time who no doubt heard the door chime but didn't bother to say hi. While we were going through the rental paperwork, the person walked out of the room and it was Ronda (the owner/Manager of the place). What struck me is that she is the person who has her face printed in the Ad material for her location and she didn't even care about the only customer waiting by himself for almost 10 minutes??? If Ronda's time is so precious, so the client's time is wasteful??? The young lady was nice, but Ronda even said hi to me when she walked out from her hideout... Disappointing management style...

MURRAY XIt was for a tow dolly rental for the day for moving a stalled vehicle to an auto shop. The location was nice with the proprietors being helpful and proactive with the rental. It was a tow dolly so it didn't need to be clean. I'm sure it was dirty because of multiple uses of and by other renters.
Juan RI was charged for dropping off the trailer in Pahrump Nevada when I actually dropped it off in Las Vegas Nevada. It was $60 more to drop it off in Pahrump. I was overcharged and contacted U-Haul but no one will do anything about it.
