A excellent facility, extremely will kept up and neat. Absolutely great helpful staff. Always responsive to our needs and frankly just really nice and great people to deal with. A superior facility, should be the example for the U Haul Corp as a model of quality and customer service.

Margaret B | Overall ExperienceI had to drive up from Alabama and close out the unit because the staff lied to me and told me they would issue a contract under my name in order to secure my items from my ex who kept threatening to let them go to auction. I am owed 6 months of rent that was paid when I was given the impression that a new contract was issued under my name when I drove up there 35 hours round trip in november. this is a privacy violation and I expect to be compensated for my losses, including the lie I was told that a contract would be issued under my name when in fact, my name was just added to ex's contract was still active for the last 6 months. I expect someone to reach out to me and writing in order to resolve this. it is unacceptable to lie to domestic violence victims and treat them like this.
Phoenix c | Overall ExperiencePaid for a 5x10x10. Was giving two 5x5x10 units. That does not work for what I needed. Packed all my things and found out my couch and bed would need to go somewhere else. Very frustrating experience. I would not recommend U-Haul to another person. Store employees tried to assist but were ultimately no help. Very frustrating
