The restroom in the storage facility was locked. I had to walk over to the office which was a mild inconvenience.

My queen mattress was replaced with someone elses mattresses management has never contacted me on how they would like to handle the matter. I would NEVER rent anything or refer anyone to U-Haul due to the horrible service I have received from this location and the lack of customer service from management. Since I've rented it has been nothing but a headache !
