The Kokomo location is understaffed for a weekend. I arrived at 1:15. Took about 45 minutes to get checked in and I was the first person in line. Then when the storage unit was found to be too small to get a queen bed through. I had to wait another hour before for help but was never helped. At this point the I needed to turn the truck in before 5 and it was almost 3. I decided to just book a different storage unit elsewhere. You need more than one person on the weekends!! Absolutely ridiculous. I felt bad for the dude working but at the same time just help one person at a time.

We cancelled the storage unit. It was to small. For 10.00 dollars more we rented a 10 x 12 somewhere else.
