Most of my stuff was ruined by rat poop And all my boxes had about 10 big roaches each .would had been better off storing my stuff in a dumpster instead of Paying 100 For my stuff to be destroyed

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulMost of my stuff was ruined by rat poop And all my boxes had about 10 big roaches each .would had been better off storing my stuff in a dumpster instead of Paying 100 For my stuff to be destroyed
bonnie m | Experiencia generalStorage unit had holes in the roof and let water in and dumped all over stuff. Their only reply was “oh no did you get the insurance?”. When I moved out I tried to get a refund for my stay but they have a giant sign that says “absolutely no refunds” this place ruined most of my furniture, clothes and a few electronics. I should’ve come here nor been rented that unit as it was damaged
Duncan L | Experiencia generalDoors on the unit was small. One way to enter and exit. Manager very rude and acted like she didn’t want us there. But the person helping us was nice and helpful they should put her in charge
ROGELIO B | Experiencia generalUnprofessional staff. Two of the windows on my travel trailer were broken, I would imagine by whoever was mowing around the Rv storage area. The gate hasn’t been working for months so people can go and come as they please.
Roberto R | Experiencia generalThe best most comfortable n confident place to storage your needs…the staff were very friendly n helpful
AMELIIA O | Experiencia generalVery friendly and helpful staff. Facility was well maintained. We were very pleased with the years of service and only moved out because our office relocated to another town. Would certainly recommend!!
TEXAS T | Experiencia generalEverything we needed for our storage needs ove many months. The staff and caretakers were truly professional, friendly and a real blessing from the start to finish.
Gretchen M | Experiencia generalThis storage facility is the best place I have ever dealt with. Very friendly and helpful staff. Besides being a great storage facility, they are also a U-Haul facility that we are working with for when we move. I would strongly recommend this facility to anyone who needs a storage unit and/or a U-Haul service.
Michael L | Experiencia generalThank you for a great experience! Very Accommodating and Professional.
Joshua T | Experiencia generalThank you!
Rosalinda C | Experiencia generalStaff was friendly and well informed -answered all our questions & more.
Ruben G | Experiencia generalI was there quite often to attend to storage needs!! It was always well maintained and staff was the BEST. I will recommend TCB to anyone I know that needs a dependable, secure, honest need for storage.
NANCY E | Experiencia generalHelpful & courteous attendants . Very clean storage unit . Immaculate 20 long U-haul truck we picked up from Jackson services in Bay City . Very good experience with U-haul .
PEGGY A | ReservaciónThe only qualification I would like to make is I wish they were open before 8AM.
