elliot c | Overall ExperienceBrenda..the manager was always pleasant and provided exceptional service. She went beyond her duties on 4th of July weekend during my moveout. My son fell out in the heat..your staff looked after him laying on the cement. Brenda connected me to him and called me to inform me of the incident. This is the kind of exceptional employee she is!! I appreciated that so very much and all the good service I got for years. Yes, I will highly recommend this facility. Thanks to all the staff.

DYLAN B | Overall ExperienceI am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your storage facility. My overall experience with this franchise has been horrible due to the unprofessional and unhelpful behavior of your staff. I rented this unit for my mother and traveled 13 hours from Alabama to move her items. On March 18, 2026, I realized I had lost the key to the storage unit. When I asked a representative if they could assist in cutting the lock, four workers came out only to tell me they could not help and suggested I find someone on Facebook Marketplace to do it. This lack of assistance unnecessarily extended my trip into the following day. Furthermore, on April 27, 2026, I received a call stating that I needed to come in person to change the lock. I explained that I am currently stationed in Oklahoma and could not drive 4 hours just to replace a lock, noting that I would not be back in the area until June. I also questioned why this requirement was not mentioned by any of the four employees I spoke with in March. Despite my account being on auto-draft and fully up to date, the representative informed me she would place a red lock on the unit—a measure typically reserved for non-payment. Due to this unpleasant and unprofessional treatment, my sister removed our mother's belongings from the facility on May 11, 2026. I hope you will take this feedback seriously to improve the management and customer service at this location.
