Returning truck was very disappointing as the trucks were lined up pretty far back. We parked truck and were told to wait for someone to pull out of way. Waited for 5 mins then person who was talking walked off. Another person waited till we went inside and he went out to truck and was just not happy to be there. Very different than pick up experience.

I tried to use the after hrs check in on the app and it would not locate me. So I left the trailer. Charged a $20 fee. Called and tried to talk to someone. Got "did you call the 800 number, and hung up on. I had to call the 800 number to get my money back.

When i picked the truck up the paperwork said a full tank; but it was not. I took pictures to document this a I s per the reps advice (DJ). When I returned the truck I filled the tank up and I also went over the mileage that Iu originally told the rep. So when I returned the truck I asked Matt the manager if something could be done to compensate me for this and he would not do anything to help me.Poor customer service

The customer service is garbage. I literally waited 52 minutes from the moment I walked in, until someone payed attention to me (only after raising my voice) and finished check out and turn keys in. I did apologize for the attitude, but otherwise I would’ve been ignored even longer. Absolutely garbage.

My personal vehicle was damaged by and U-Haul member while at the location. When management was notified it seemed as if set person was more concerned at expressing anger towards the only two individual on shift rather than aiding me in resolving my issue. Two Unexperienced people were left on shift alone during the entire mess with little to no help.

The office is STUFFED with stacks of boxes . It is a maze to walk thru to get to the counter They don’t tell you that when turning equipment in there is some one outside to check the trailer in Other than that it was OK

I understand places get busy and sometimes short staffed can cause delays in getting equipment checked out. I waited over 1 hour to get the trailer I rented. I showed up at my appointed time and did the check in online that is said to cut wait times in half. I appreciate the service I received from the actual employees but that wait time being over an hour was ridiculous.

I did not go into the store. There was a fellow outside who guided me to park, he completed sending off a previous customer who dropped off her truck, and got to me quickly. We did a joint operational inspection of my truck, he checked cleanliness and completed the turn in over the phone app. He showed me my turn in receipt and bade me farewell. Excellent, excellent prompt service.

They were rude and demanding. I parked the vehicle and went inside to drop off. The told me they would not help me until I turned the uhaul around. I did not feel comfortable in such a tight space but they refused to do anything until I personally did it. Other places I have dropped off would help me if I didn’t feel comfortable or would not make a big deal about the truck facing a certain directions. Worst service I’ve experienced with uhaul. They were extremely rude.

The drop off place had an incorrect address and on top of that, my reservation drop off choice was different when I picked up the truck so I had 2 different drop-off addresses. We could not find either one of them and dropped it off at another place and that place is reflecting the good review marks

Better quality control on correct tire pressures. The auto trailer had 3/4 tires that were well below the recommended pressure. On the truck itself, driver side rear inner tire had 12psi. Fortunately this was discovered before we began the actual drive. Called roadside assistance to replace tire. Thankfully they were able to find someone to fix the issue on Thanksgiving Day. The check out staff were very helpful in filling tires and recommending U Haul roadside assistance to resolve issue.

I picked the time and location for a 17' Truck from Uhaul on 102 E Veterans Memorial Blvd, Killeen, TX 76541. I get there and I'm told the truck I reserved isn't available and that is because I self booked myself on the uhaul website and a staff member from uhaul needed to make my reservation instead of going to the uhaul website. I was then sent to another location to pick up another truck other than the one I had reserved online. Needless to say that was an incredible inconvenience since I picked the first location because it was closer to my current location. The lady that helped me in the first location basically made it seem that the uhaul website is useless to the customer since the locations provided will not guarantee service when someone self books online. I rate that location and that staff member working at that location 0 out of 5 stars. Other than that, the staff members and the uhaul location on 3501 E Central Tx Expwy Killeen, TX 76543 were great.

Credit card Machines not working correctly, unable to sign on the signature pad, and the system will not accept your signatures; this will make so you can sign forms electronically instead of print and sign on paper. It speeds up the process.

When I turned in the vehicle (after hours) I tried using the form to enter mileage, etc. but it wouldn’t work - unavailable. I was charged $20 for a rep to do it in the morning. I didn’t know there was a charge for that and was surprised with my bill. The way I was nickeled and dimed from uhaul is ridiculous.

The three people that helped me were wonderful. The man that did the check out, the African American woman that hooked up the equipment and the caucasian lady that checked me in on Thanksgiving Day. I wish I wasn’t so tired and could remember their names but this was a great experience compared to the complete cluster$&@# at the other location where the lady was completely rude and said my reservation was canceled after Uhaul text me directions to her location at 10:23 am. Thank you for taking care of the situation, despite arriving at the Yamaha dealership at 3:52 pm, with 8 mins to spare, you saved the day! It was really stressful but your location definitely got the job done! Excellent customer service and I can’t thank you enough. I’ll never ever do business with that other location. 102 VMH in Killeen. Save yourself the drama and the completely rude woman at the counter that really could careless that she was completely incorrect. She argued with me and was beyond reasonable.

It wasn’t the location I was supposed to drop off per the rental agreement. The location I was supposed to return to, informed me when I arrived that they were full and needed to find another location to return it. That’s when I brought it to this location and they were very accommodating.

This facility is very busy due to the proximity of Ft Hood. Care is taken with everyone it seems. There doesn't seem to be enough staff at times though. All in all they do a very good job.
