I reserved a trailer online. I showed up 10 minutes early and it the employee about 20 minutes to get me processed. When I returned to the same store to turn in the trailer I waited at the return station for 15 minutes before anyone showed up. Then the employee could not find me in the system. After some time the employee discovered that I was assigned the wrong "Equipment Number". Overall, the employees were respectful.Norman H.

I was very upset that they charged me $20 for not checking in after hours. I understand it's your policy but not everybody has data on their phones. I have used U-Haul trucks in other places in Killeen and I just dropped off the truck and the key at night and that was it. Since I need to have data on my phone to use your trucks I will have to use another U-Haul company in Killeen. You really need to make exceptions for people that don't have data.JOHN M.

Under staffed on check out, took 1 hr in line. When I went to return, Agent became available and I wanted to buy boxes. The agent told me to wait. He got on his cell phone. The went outside and took a golf cart trip. Disappeared for 15 min. (smoke break?) I tried to do online check in and the app would accept my picture of a clean trailer and would not let me go forward. Finally another person did my check in.Robert V.

The delivery of the ubox to the first address was days late. The ubox was pre-ordered a month in advance, there should be no reason they did not know, and delivery should have been prompt with that much advance notice. The pick up of the ubox from the first address was also delayed and not picked up on the scheduled date, this also was arranged a month in advance. The ubox was also late to arrive at it's second destination. If you are military and have to pcs, the ubox is not for you. When you have tight orders and dates to stick to, don't count on ubox. When the box arrived at the final location it was missing a pin on the ramp that comes off. This was extremely dangerous and I have no idea where it went during transit, because they both were present when the ubox was first packed. Needless to say I did fall a few times due to the unsafe missing pin. The worst part was scheduling the pick up of the ubox when we finished unloading. I call like I was advised to do and they said it was already scheduled for pick up that day! I said no one called to schedule a pick up, so U-Haul was just going to come get it without contacting me first to make sure it was empty. They were supposed to pick it up between 830am-330pm, they did not arrive until 830pm. Will not be referring anyone to use this service.Ronald C.

Customer service is awful. The lady that works there is extremely rude. She didn't acknowledge me when I came in. When she finally did, she was looking down when she spoke to me. I wanted to thank her for a suggestion she made and she let me know that she was off the clock and therefore didn't want to talk ( upon returning the truck).alonzo C.

To improve for the next customer, make sure someone is available to answer the phones and when they do they don't leave a customer on hold for 9 mins and 37secs. Make sure that the associates provide good customer service and know the job. I understand labor is probably slow but what I experienced was absolutely absurd and I personally would not recommend this particular UHaul location to anyone.DEWANDA B.

I arrived at 4:40pm on Sunday. Yes it was almost closing time however I had time to sign my contract. Customer service told me the storage I rented was big enough for a 2 bedroom apt. It's clearly wasn't even big enough for a 1 bedroom. When I called the office to see what we could do he said we held this one for you and there are no others at this time and was basically like o well your issue. We had a truck full of our belongings and had to throw away some furniture and other things. There was no way to resolve our issue and most definitely not a care. When I walked in the line was to the door, so I did everything online. I paid for my storage unit, had a contract number and access code and still was not let into the unit! The ONE guy working the desk told the guyS outside that I STILL had to wait in line to talk to him! Which caused my trailer rental to go over, so I was charged an extra day for that!
