I have never had this experience at a U-Haul storage facility before… I’m medically retired from the military and used storage units by uhal all across this country.. but never have had such a terrible experience in such a short time. This facility has made it to where I have no desire to use uhal for any reason further… and I only had my stuff in storage for 1 month. 0 stars
