We had to move our Ubox to this storage due to death in our family, so this meant a lot. From the phone conversation to the front desk to the tech’s. Thanks!
mya b | First ImpressionsThe security system on our building would not shut off to enter with a card or code, either one. The manager explained that uhaul would not come out to fix it, so he had to let every customer in. Even then when we opened our individual unit, the alarm always went off.
