I was charged about $50 more than the estimate. I did not go over the estimated miles, but was charged for about 10 miles more, and the GM helped me check in but did not explain the $30 gas fee. When I returned the truck, the attendant was nice and courteous and explained this so I was ok paying, but wish I had known about this policy before I was charged. Neither the manager nor his assistant could tell me why I had to repeat all the information i had already typed into the "Advance check in" online. I ended up repeating everything. i asked them why, if advance check in was supposed to save time, were they repeating the same process. neither one of them knew the answer. neither one of them referred me to Uhaul corporate offices or offered to find out for me. The assistant - white female, probably in her early twenties, glasses, wearing a black knit cap and at least one arm covered in a sleeve of tattoes. When she brought the truck up for me did not say one word to me. She simply left the truck running. i was waiting for her to tell me it was ready for me and i could drive off. She never did. I figured it out after about 5 minutes when she did not come back. This same person came out the door when I returned and when she saw it was me, turned around and went back inside. After awhile, someone else working on the lot came over and checked me in. The manager (the guy who checked me in thought his name was Tony) refused to tell me his name or his assistant's name, saying that their personal privacy did not require them to give me their names. I have had better experiences at other nearby Uhaul operations. Don't go to this one.Sean C.

This uhaul experience was the worst ever in all my years on earth ..,?Staff are not only rude but are not customer helping. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone. Very rude, impatient, issued me the wrong u haul to start and had already charged me. Got double charged because of it and now I have to wait 3-5 days for my refund. I tried to call the location directly and gentlemen interrupted me the whole time I was trying to explain what happened then demanded I hold on and put me on hold for 20 minutes for no one to come onto the phone. The auto transport was at a different location than the truck. Then that trailer had a broken crank stand, so I was diverted to another location which scheduled me to drop off the trailer at a location 15 miles from the truck. Reaching someone to fix that was difficult.GREGORY B.

I am not happy at all. It's no wonder this location has 1.5 stars online. I was guaranteed a reservation and yet when I get there, they tell me there are no trucks available with absolutely no explanation or apologies. I had to take a van instead which luckily fit what I was picking up. I also had tried to call several times before picking up because I had a question and they did not answer the phone. It just rang and rang until it finally hung up on me. Never again.Hannah M.

The price to refill is beyond ridiculous It cost me 8 dollars to fill. And uahul wanted to charge me 65 dollars. This is so terrible and should be illegal. That more than 100% markup. I also was unaware that I ordered two packages of blankets. Didn't use one at all and uahul refused to rerun it period. I didn't even use the whole pack of the other one just two blankets 2!!! I can't say it enough first and last time I'm ever moving myself againMICHELLTON E.
