Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulMy movers had truck problems so I was running really late. I was given an access code but I was not told that I had to put it into two different units and I had to start with a star key and a pound key that was very inconvenient
Ronda P | Mudanza en línea... and easy online rental process, and Convenient Auto Pay, and easy online checkout. Thank you.
Jack B | Experiencia generalI do not appreciate my acct being merged with my brother’s acct, just because HE was e-alerted. The situation had nothing to do with me.
Bettina K | Experiencia generalStaff is rude. Very unprofessional and I will tell everyone I no , even if they dont ask, to never use this storage facility. The place is nasty and dirty and the employees made me feel so uncomfortable that I would not even access my storage unit when I really needed too. The employees made me feel stupid when I asked questions about gaining access to the units. I felt like they were making fun of my handicap.
Kari K | Experiencia generalI love this company and convenient of 7 days to keep the dumpster. Dropoff and pickup without having to be at home. Great service!
kathy w | Experiencia generalVery nice staff.
Ryan F | Primeras impresionesMy associate Kellt was the best give her a promotion, loved her service and respect for my time. I hope you realize what a asset she is and make her a boss.
ALICIA W | Primeras impresionesStaff is always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is clean and temperature controlled.
DIANE M | Experiencia generalIf there was less than 1 star I would have given that. U-haul as a company is the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure to give my money to. I’d rather pay double with someone else than deal with this company ever again. Inaccurate customer service info. People work the front that total hate there jobs and treat customers like idiots. No real service just eye rolls and waiting from staff. Never would I recommend!
ALEJANDRO W | Primeras impresionesInstructions on the move-in were a disaster. Not clear instructions on the app. Two addresses of U-Haul facilities close by added to the confusion. The national customer service line had completely different information than the local office. The instructions at the site weren't clear. The local number didn't pick up and then were rude when I finally found the office.
BRENT V | Mudanza en líneaOne issue I have is the sliding door sometimes gets stuck and won’t open or stays open. The manager is impossible to get ahold of or contact. The contact number shown for him on the door is disconnected. Everything else has been great. It’s convenient to be able to go in and out whenever you need to. It’s always a good temperature inside and it’s so nice to have a restroom available.
