Every single interaction I had with staff was stellar. On the phone, in person, they were kind and competent. We did not anticipate needing storage for more than a year, and we were so happy to have it. Our units were clean when we moved in, and when we moved out. We rented a moving truck and returned it with ease (9/2023). Highly recommend this place, without hesitation.

It’s insane that we were paying over $200 for a rental space and the bathrooms weren’t even clean. The rent price also went up and that’s kinda ridiculous seeing as people just want to store their own items. I would’ve stayed there longer but I felt like I was getting robbed so I threw out our personal belongings to be able to get rid of this unit

Cindy F | First ImpressionsMy only complaint was I was I only needed the unit for 5 weeks, but had to pay for 2 full months, there was not an option to pay partial months (I would have paid 1/2 a month). Other than that, it was neat and clean staff were efficient and nice. I would use them again if needed. Only thing I would suggest as my personal preference, use an end one like I did, for me it was just easier access.
