I had two units, and wanted to move to one. The associate behind the counter went above and beyond, just to help me. Her name was Mia. I would highly recommend U-HAUL to my family and friends.

Rented a great cargo van , clean well maintained and so easy to pick up and return. We were assisting our student to get items stored here to campus. The storage facility is so well run and in a great location. The staff were so understanding and helpful! Highly recommend !!

There was never any adequate lighting in my unit. The associate lied on a recorded line and said that I would not be charged if I moved out before the first and when I went there to retrieve my belongings there was a secondary lock on my unit. Then when I confrnted them about it they played dumb saying that they could pull the audio recording. That forced me to have to pay to get my things when it was already stated that I wouldn't have to. To this day I haven't received a call back. If I don't hear anything back from them today I will dispute this with my credit card. DON'T LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!

The online rental offered a promotion for a free lock, which turned out to be false advertising. Also, the access code emailed to me was incorrect and I had to call the office for the correct code.

On August 11th, my boyfriend and I came to this UHaul to retrieve my belongings from a UBox and the treatment we received from the manager Justin Camacho was abysmal. I will no longer be recommending UHaul to anyone I know who is possibly interested in your services. The manager and one of his female associates were clearly uninterested and were very reluctant to give us proper customer service. Though we were the first in the store, they assisted everyone that came in after us and refused to properly help us locate our UBox. Initially, the manager told us that he brought my UBox outside the warehouse. In reality he brought multiple other customers boxes outside and left ours in the middle of the warehouse with no explanation and not even a barcode number to facilitate our experience. To make matters worse, after walking around aimlessly looking for my UBox, we asked the female associate to help us, but she not only aided the other customers who arrived after us with hitching their trailer, but the manager actively told her not to assist us because he claimed he had already told us what to do. The only reasonable employee was Roe. She saw the struggle we were facing with her manager and her female coworker and decided to quickly help us, even though she was already assisting another customer, because she knew we had been there for some time and had not received help from anyone. Roe gave us excellent customer service and helped us greatly. Please acknowledge her excellent work and consider her as a more suitable manager for this location. The service we received was horrible and discriminatory, as black customers we no longer feel comfortable with your business and will be looking elsewhere in the future as well as informing others about the treatment we received.

I really appreciate it. You extended my signing day by two days. When I came to sign in, I felt uncomfortable maybe there was a lot going on with staff, but it didn’t feel warm and friendly the way it had the first time. That said, I feel the facility as well run and well-maintained.

Overall I'm extremely pleased. My only complaint is the driver side windshield wiper definitely needed to be replaced. It rained quite hard for a bit during the drive and it was challenging to drive. Had the wiper been good I would have given an excellent rating

Horrible due to the fact that uhaul put a daily hold on me for the cost of the truck rental..... but then charged me the entire 170.00 when I turned it in .... but still has 2 days rental on hold .. so it ended up over drawing my bank account because they had 2x 47$ charges plus the 170... so my bank hit me with an overdraft fee of 40$... I do not understand why they would take the entire 170. Instead of subtracting the 2 other charges of 47$ and chargie me the remaining balance of 85$ Instead they came up with the bright idea to charge my card for 170.00 while there were still 2x 47 $ charges... its absolutely ridiculous that I have to pay the 40$ because if it .....

The truck that I was given was fine or so I thought. Until we drove home 3 hours in the pouring rain and when I opened the back up a lot of my stuff was wet. Mostly the stuff on the floor. We always put 4x8 sheets of cardboard down to put our props on and they were both wet and the coat I had on the floor to use as support was dripping/sopping wet. I have been renting uhaul trucks to transport my props to dance competitions for at least 10 years and usually 3 truck rentals per year. This is the only issue I have ever had with one of the trucks.

I had a very poor experience with help over phone in order to rent the truck. The woman was confusing, condescending and overall unaware of information. I asked to speak with another representative and had a much better experience.

I just wished that I was able to access my things 24hrs. I usually like moving at night and when I miss the closing hours and have to wait until the morning for something important (like hygiene products. Pots and pans. Cups or forks that I forgot to bring) other than that it’s great!!

The truck was in terrible condition and drove horribly. There was a massive pull to the right and the breaks barely worked. On the highway the truck shook going over 50mph. For $467 dollars I wish I went with another company. I want my money back
