Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe elevator is too small and maneuvering into it and out of it with a cart and another person was a big challenge. The floors are uneven and causes our stuff to fall off the cart.
Nicole C | Overall ExperienceU-Haul storage was just what we needed for storing household items for the summer.
Gene F | Overall ExperienceMy experience was fantastic.
Daisy M | Overall ExperienceEven though I said yes to everything the except for 2. I had issues with mouse dropping and even though I was late I paid my bill every month. The letters were exclusively threatening. Im sure they are standard ,however, when you can't get in touch with the store unless you put in a complaint it becomes ridiculous. Not only that it seems that they change the policy at will for late fees. Since when are you charged a late fee after 3 days and then again after 5. I would never ask for special treatment however uhaul has made money off of me for 3 yrs. That should count for something.
faith e | Overall ExperienceLiked that my stuff was so easily accessible when I got to a place that I felt comfortable with having everything
amy c | Overall ExperienceThe manager and Christian have ben absolutely fantastic. The rest of the staff have been wonderful as well and extremely courteous. Everyone has gone above and beyond to assist us and make sure we are taken care of. If I could give them all 10 stars I most definitely would.
Brandon S | First ImpressionsStaff was very pleasant and courteous.
DEADERICK W | Overall ExperienceI think Christian should be a manager in training he's on point and knowledgeable about the uhaul policies very helpful and can help the staff be like him you guys will go a long way at that location. Guys think about yall have a real gem in him.
ANTHONY C | First ImpressionsThe units could use more lighting, and the access in and out is a pain. The most important is a way to hold the doors open to load and unload things!
