The bathrooms were very dirty with no toilet paper or soap. Toilets were disgusting and broken. i was very disappointed when spending hours at storage with no access to use the bathrooms. There was also a leak on the ceiling with water coming down causing the floor to be wet.

Well, this time, I was pleasantly surprised to have engaged with Belinda over the phone. She was really polite and helpful. And then when I came in, I was helped by Tanajah. She was just as helpful as Belinda. This experience made me feel like a valued customer. Good hospitality is hard to find but I found it in these women. They made this experience amazing.
