Edward J | Overall ExperienceThis storage facility is one of Greenpoint’s gems. It was affordable and well maintained. I was renting space there for 3 years. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I only left because I moved out of the area.

The facility is always clean and well maintained and the personnel has always been helpful to me and my team. We've moved to another facility a little bit better located strategically speaking for our operations, otherwise, we would have stayed in there for way longer.

I was super nervous to leave my things in storage ahead of my move out of state, but the staff made me feel secure and it was exactly what I needed. Temperature controlled, clean, safe. I couldn’t be happier with how my storage was kept and if I ever need to use a storage locker again I will be coming back.

I'm not sure who is able to access their unit during normal business hours when you would be conducting your business (your job). I appreciate that Storage Plus had hours that allowed me to visit before or after work and not instead of. Facilty was clean; staff was helpful; price was higher than others I'd looked at, but not obscenely so.
