She is professional, competent, hard-working, friendly, warm, personable and every other positive attribute that a customer service person should have. She eliminated every bit of stress that this sort of encounter could have brought about - she is a genuine asset to the company. Give this woman a BIG raise.

The facility is always clean and well maintained and the personnel has always been helpful to me and my team. I'm not sure who is able to access their unit during normal business hours when you would be conducting your business (your job). I appreciate that Storage Plus had hours that allowed me to visit before or after work and not instead of.
