There were a couple of things I noticed, first, the halls/doorways are a bit narrow, a lot of maneuvering the cart around to get around the corners and through the doorways but with some maneuvering it can be done. Also, there are signs posted that say " if you don't check out upon leaving access will be denied on your next visit." I did push the button for assistance to "check out", it was during office hours, and I could hear someone talking upstairs before I left my unit, but no one answered the call button so I'm not sure what happened there. I was not denied access the next day either so who knows why that is posted. Nice, clean facility overall, just waiting on the confirmation that I am not going to get a bill because I was moved out the day before my bill was due and have been told by two people that I would receive a confirmation email. For now, I will save the survey email I guess.

RICKY C. | Overall ExperienceWater leaked inside the storage shed and ruined two mattresses and a box spring. Also ruined a wedding canvas that was our guest book. My fault for not getting insurance, but the unit should have been maintained to where water would not get into the unit. Would not use these units again.

ALEX S. | First ImpressionsThe building was clean on move in. I rented the building for about three years and there was a lot of dust accumulation on my furniture in that time. Mud dabber nests were inside the unit and it looked like the roof might have leaked at one time. After the first year, rent seemed to increase about $25/month/year. I decided buying a used shipping container was cheaper in the long run
