The clerk was awesome!
I had no troubles at all with my rental. Truck was clean and ran properly. Easy to pick up with using the 24/7 phone option and it was great! Would use them again!

I was given a car-hauler with a flat tire. The tire was aired up, but went flat 5 hours later. This delayed my trip until the next morning and caused me to have to rearrange help to unload. I was $20 tip to secure my car to the trailer. it was not secured properly. When I stopped for fuel after about 50 miles, I discovered that the front wheel straps were almost completely off - 1 completely off and 1 3/4 of the way off. I had to reattach the straps. I discovered that the branch manager had not hooked them up properly. The ratchet was several inches inside the tire instead of directly in line with the tire. His negligence put my safety and other motorists' safety in jeopardy due to an improperly secured load.
The trucks windows needed to be cleaned.
Chandell was very helpful and was extremely busy and professional to everyone he was helping! He worked fast and efficient and made me feel like his only custmer.
Your damage app would not work once I saw it on my phone, timed out. Was not able to state the unit had scratches all down the drivers side. Check in person would not even look at the unit, said give me the key and you are good to go. He charged me for the damage that was on the unit that I did not do. What a racket !!!
Cargo van was super nice, drove well and customer service was very good. We will use them again.

Attendant seemed overwhelmed. She got us in and out, but seemed really busy and not super friendly. However, as far as my needs, they were all met. This was my first time renting a Uhaul and the process was seamless!
Storage units reserved online were not available, then they decide to give us other units which were already occupied. We had to tell them which storage units were empty. We did not receive the $50 guaranteed for truck not being available because they found a truck 1.5 hours later in a nearby town. Parking space for trailer was far smaller than advertised. General manager called me back after complaining and basically told me that I expected too much because I expected to get what I reserved online. I will never do business with them again and am still considering a small claims case. Do not use ever!
More people working, it took a long time to pick up the truck in the morning.
A little bit short-staffed for busy Saturday morning pickups - otherwise friendly and good service.
Get some help in there for Saturday mornings. The very nice lady was alone. It took over an hour to get checked in and out.

Location needs to have more than one employee working. Wait time to pick up and return were over 30 minutes.
Had to drive to another town just to rent a van... Was told the first $70 I paid covered me up to 100 miles, but then I got charged more?? Not sure why since I didn't drive more than 100.

No handicap access at this location. Two steps up/down to access the office door. I had difficulty getting in and out of the office.
No improvements needed. All the ladies down at the JC store were so kind and helpful. Same with the STL location I dropped off at. Everyone was honestly so sweet and kind and I just had a wonderful experience with them so I turned right around and gave that back to them.
I need a discount and an apology from your staff. The lady who checked me in was rude and she lied to me and to her co worker and the customer after me who was told I was late bringing back the truck. The truck cost $28 not $19. I was charged a dollar something per mile , not the rate offered, plus gas, and a late fee. I had a reservation for 9am Sat the 9th from 9am to 4 or 5 pm. I have my email and a text. I could not get the app on my phone to work so she redid my order. She needed my truck at one an offered for me to get a lower rate if I brought it back by then. I told her I did not want to promise because I had 3 stops to make to get furniture that was donated to my family after our home flooded and we lost everything so I didn't take her offer of a lower rate to have it back a one I instead told her I wanted to keep the reservation as it was. She instead had me set to have the truck back by 1 and different give me the discount either. I didn't even notice until at 3pm I checked my ph messages to find 5 missed calls and missed voicemails with a lady demanding the truck be back and that I was preventing others from taking the truck. And a few other stern messages about it. She didn't know I can't blame her, she got there at 2pm with the mess already made. This family was waiting for me as I got there so I had them coming at me acting like I was a bad person for making them late. My final bill was $140 for 6 hours and over a $1 per mile. I'd like some kind of discount for the lies and issues the employee caused. The lady was the same lady who was there the day I rented my storage shed to keep the few items I saved from my home, she had a black eye, and bruised up face from getting hit with a hook on a truck I did not catch her name. I will be reviewing your company and will copy and past this to it.
