I had not been to my unit in several months. When I came to get my Christmas decorations, my entire unit was covered in rat feces and urine. All my items were destroyed with the exception of 3 totes. I was never notified of an infestation to come and check on my items.

KATRINIA P. | Overall ExperienceMy storage unit had a 1 inch gap under the door. In the 2 plus years I rented, I requested several times that the door gap be fix. The gap let in dust, leaves, rain, and vermin, and my boxes and furniture were ruined. Each time I spoke to Samantha, she assured me that it would be fixed soon. Never was it fixed. Rent escalation was horrendous. The original 149/month rent was raised to 159, then 169, then 179. You’d think for the $4,000 plus I paid in rent, better service would be provided. Hence, I moved out.

I can tell she does her best to maintain the property but she can't control the scummy people that break the rules & store FOOD! My very expensive belongings were DESTROYED by RATS caused by others. Maybe yall should seal the units off so this doesn't happen to undeserving hard working people. I'm very upset about the loss of my furniture & damage done. Just salt in the wounds.
