LINDA C | Overall ExperienceThe worst experience ever! Samantha Powers, the manager at the location I rented from lied and said I smoked in the Uhaul when I clearly don't even smoke. When I complained about the cleaning charge and she told me it was from the so called smoking, I showed her pics I had taken when I got in the vehicle and she tried to say that's not how the Uhaul looked when it left, but my pics were before I left the parking lot because the starting mileage reflected that. I will probably never rent from Uhaul again. Even though it's just $25.0, it's the principle of lying and telling me I smoked in it, when I've never smoked a day in my life! That being said, I feel like I should be refunded my entire balance for being lied on!

Timothy OThe staff was wonderful - couldn't have been more helpful. The location, though, was dangerous. There's NO parking (one handicapped slot; no other parking) in front of the building; the two parking slots on the side of the entryway are needed for rental trucks. The location is on a busy surface street - if there hadn't been a strip mall close by, there would be no parking at all. This is a combination storage unit/U-Haul rental facility, and there should be some serious consideration whether combining the two at this location makes sense. The lack of parking, and proximity to the roadway, are so hazardous that I'll never rent from this location again - even though the young lady staffing the place was wonderful.

It took me 20 minutes vs his trying for 2 hours. They were extremely impressed and friendly. I was in a life or death situation and your team helped me with ease, the road trip of 868 miles both ways was the most horrendous situation I could never had imagined. So upon return they crew at u haul was more helpful than my so called friend. Thanks U haul! Also the Waxahachie location was a life saver as well.

All my items were destroyed with the exception of 3 totes. I was never notified of an infestation to come and check on my items.

EMMITT SThis location was great but I was supposed to pick up at a closer location but they were under new management & didn't know how to do the U-Haul part of it yet. So I had to go extra miles that I had to pay for & when we brought Truck back we had a half of a tank of gas more than when we got it. We could not get a credit for that.

KATRINIA PMy storage unit had a 1 inch gap under the door. In the 2 plus years I rented, I requested several times that the door gap be fix. The gap let in dust, leaves, rain, and vermin, and my boxes and furniture were ruined. Each time I spoke to Samantha, she assured me that it would be fixed soon. Never was it fixed. Rent escalation was horrendous. The original 149/month rent was raised to 159, then 169, then 179. You'd think for the $4,000 plus I paid in rent, better service would be provided. Hence, I moved out.

On top this the sales representative misrepresented the price until time to pay. She told me a way different price then when came time to pay changed it.
