Was charged storage for empty u-boxes and had to call multiple times to get credit which I am still waiting on because employees don`t seem to know how to handle u-box reservations.

The poor ratting comes from the location being constantly under staffed. We waited 20 to 30 minutes each time to get into our storage because of the two lock system you employ.

It`s hard to reach someone via phone. Also, I find it utterly ridiculous that Uhaul charges for the box and trailer separately. Not to mention, this location does not deliver, nor pick up UBoxes.
