My ratings are based on these facts during the Covid-19 pandemic. No face coverings were worn inside by two (2) of three (3) employees. The third employee was improperly/inadequately wearing a partial face covering. All of this in disregard of the sign posted on the entrance door that stated that all employees and customers must wear face coverings.

Wear mask in store! It's the LAW!! You're not only breaking the law but also putting everyone who comes into the store and yourself at risk. There were NO PRECAUTIONS for COVID in place. I had reserved my vehicle the day before just to go there and they weren't able to find the keys to the truck. I waited 45 minutes to be given keys to this not maintained in town rental to do an out of town job. The tires were low, the vehicle had trash in it , let alone all the dirt everywhere. When I asked how they clean the vehicles the person rudely told me: we clean them daily. NOT after each person who uses it. I was told a cleaning person would come to clean up however NOBODY showed up. I went inside the store to ask for wipes so I can wipe down and be on my way. At this point I had waited for 2 hours to leave. They had me waiting for a non existing cleaning person , so that I would give up and leave since there's no cleaning person. They were in no rush to send me off as they were busy doing other stuff. I have never seen this kind of customer service anywhere. It was very unprofessional. I wasn't assured that the vehicle was safe as the person behind the counter pumped air in the tires. They didn't know if the tire was flat or just low. There was no cleaner to be found as the same person who pumped air in my tires also came to the truck to pick up the trash and wipe down driver area. I felt very uncomfortable being in the unsanitized truck. It should be sanitized by a PROFESSIONAL company given there is a GLOBAL PANDEMIC going around the virus is KILLING PEOPLE. Let alone the lies that they rent that truck â€œdailyâ€. The vehicle obviously hasn't been touched for a while. Hire some professionals who do their job properly and have respect for the money they earn. These people who work at this location are embarrassing to the human race. I will never use this location again, and maybe not even Uhaul as I question your judgement on how you run such a business location. Prior to this I have rented many trucks from uhaul in different states and never had any problems. I will let everyone I know to not go to this location.
Wait time was long (nearly an hour) due to only one staff member available behind the counter. However the employee was very knowledgeable and moving things along as best she could. I did not have a reservation. Staff member handling trailer hook up was also very good.

Vehicle blower fan for ac unit does not work on high. Unit on empty with 6 miles to left in tank to get gas. Told I would receive a 32.50 credit for bringing it back at a quarter of a tank. Due to unknown gas mileage I had to fill the tank. When returning the truck it had over a half a tank. No refund for the extra 10 plus gallons of fuel. Also upon return when trying to discuss the vehicle with the attendants, a young male attendant stated the fuel issue was due to someone dropping it of empty. If I read the contract right you charge $ 3 dollars an a gallon to fill the tank when returned empty. So it seems you make profit by charging someone for leaving the truck empty then pass on the burden of filling to the next customer. Then profit further by keeping extra gas left by returning customer. Poor business practice and would seem somewhat criminal to me.

The manager is rude. She was extremely unhelpful. She tried so hard to prevent me from getting the rental. I was there for 2 hours trying to get the rental. She was horrible. Don't go to work if you hate it that much.
This location came through after the location we were originally sent failed to have any of the equipment we reserved. Having rented a lot of equipment from U-Haul in recent weeks, this was overall a disappointing experience.

The staff at this location are absolutely horrible and have less than absolute 0% customer service skills. The 3 older women that work there are absolutely atrocious. The younger woman that works there however was very nice and seems to be a great employee. You would think that the action of purchasing cardboard boxes would be a relatively painless and relatively quick process. I was completely astonished that 3 middle aged women could make this process so abhorrent. Here's the scene: I am the only customer in the store. There are 2 older women behind the counter doing nothing but talking badly about a customer from yesterday. The third employee was outside with a customer. I stood there holding boxes for 20 MINUTES while these two women complained to each other about a customer. I called for their attention at least 10 times throughout the period of 20 mins. I WAS COMPLETELY IGNORED for the entire duration of my visit. 20 mins. Making direct eye contact. Asking for them by name. Telling them I just need to buy these boxes that's it. THEY DIDNT EVEN RESPOND TO ME WHEN DIRECTLY ASKED BY NAME. Completely ignored , as if I do not exist , and they couldn't hear or see me. After 20 mins , the third employee came back and finished the transaction with the customer they had prior and then they checked me out. Honestly, I don't even ever write reviews, but you guys have a serious problem on your hands with these people. I'd like to reiterate that the young woman that reserved my uhaul truck did a great job and deserves a promotion.
Understaffed. they were outside helping customers with nobody inside to work .the long line of customers. Then they had to repair the lights which they drilled out to put in a new light. The light fell off during the move because the large drill holes would not hold the new light in place. I was there over an hour for a reserved pickup.
Keep doing what you doing. This is an outstanding place to do business.
After being rung up i had to wait another 45 minutes because the girl who assisted me was on her first day so my brother had to experience her. We were together! Tami waited 45 minutes to help us. The customer service was terrible. Both the woman and check in and the man at drop off were rude. And both weren't wearing a mask during a pandemic. Im considering taking my business elsewhere after today.

It was raining real bad once I had gone to pick up my car and deliver it to destination I was not able to do that and I had returned the truck and auto transport back to Uhaul so I did not finished what I was going to do. Thanks Ray
Reserving went smooth, as did coming to store to pick up the truck. They were open to my questions. Returning was smooth and easy. I did pay with credit card so that helped speed things up as far as not needing deposit or anything. I'll actually be going back there today to get a truck for the rest of my things.
The vehicle seats and front floor were COVERED with pet hair. The vehicle should have been vacuumed and cleaned prior to renting to the next client.

I highly suggest showing up a day or two early if you are wanting to receive the keys anywhere close to on time. I seriously could have hand carried 17ft of household goods to the new location in the amount of time it took to pick up the truck... As for the truck, it was clean but didn't come without some seriously vital flaws such as an uncooperative pull out ramp, non-working interior lights, as well as a pair garbage windshield wipers most likely handed down from the beginning of U-Haul history. To top this off they included a dolly strapped to the inside wall (taking up very needed space) with a shady zip tie that cost $$$ to cut. With that said, I think i'll stick with Penske from this point forward!
