Truck gear needle was broken. It was drivable but I feel this truck probably shouldn't be in service. Rep also told me my due date was the next day and I could utilize th after hours service if needed to drop off. I dropped off 30 minutes after they closed and my bill showed I had been charged 2 days for the truck, dollys and the furniture pads. I have disputes it and I am waiting to be contacted by uhaul.

Truck was fine, people where fine, but I paid for 2 days of insurance when I only had the truck for less than 10 hrs. I understand it was a one way rental, but I only needed it for 1 day. The extra $14 Is a big deal to me!

I have been charged $15.20 for boxes that the location said I didn't order and thus did not give me the boxes and assured me I was not going to be charged for said boxes yet uhaul has charged my bank account for the boxes I want a refund

1. Called one location nearest to me. Was put in hold for 15 minutes. I finally hung up the phone. 2. UHaul did a bad job training the person renting the equipment to me. The person did not know how to rent the equipment. 3. I never received a receipt via email even though the person I returned the equipment to told me I would several times convincing me I did not need a paper receipt. Now I have to figure out how to get a receipt so I will be reimbursed.

Staff it with a counter person who is trained and knows what to do. I was 2nd in line. Took 30 minutes to check in the person in front of me. Just returning a trailer. Turned out they should have been checked in on a device, not the computer. Manager had to take over and complete the transaction. My transaction took 45 minutes to pick up 4 furniture dollies. She could not find what they were called, where they were in the computer, or how to ring it up. Before I left there were 5 more customers in line behind me. It was obvious they were busy, the manager was drowning because he was trying to process customers and his employee was fully incompetent, she was not the right person to work here. The experience was the worst I have had in 40 years. I will Not return to this location and may not do business with uhaul again. It was that bad. Coyn
