TARA S | Experiencia generalI came in Friday morning to pick up a 15’ foot truck as well as purchase a storage unit. I had the pleasure of working with Ms Abby. From the moment I got there she was very kind and had such positive energy. She truly went above and beyond helping me and keeping calm through what could have been a stressful move. She was so thorough and even assisted be with getting a bigger storage space because online it stated a medium unit would be big enough for a two bedroom apartment but it wasn’t. She got me two units right next to each other. Your team is lucky to have someone like Ms. Abby thanks again for everything!!

JENIFER P | Experiencia generalWhy would you have a second floor of storage rooms with no elevator? Also…. Why would you not tell someone who rented a second floor storage without mentioning that so the boxes could have been packed lighter. This is a horrible storage.

Sandra J | Experiencia generalUn buen lugar, PERO no hay elevador para el segundo piso, y porfavor quiten o actualizen su web page para cancelr el servicio de arrendamiento ya que si lo haces en liniea todavia tienes que ir a cancelar al mostrasor porque las personas dicen que no tienen tiempo de checar cancelaciones por el web aunque hayamos subido fotos del lugar ya vacant. ESA ES MUCHA FLOJERA. gracias por su servicio.
