Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-Haulthe ceiling insulation was falling apart. the staff, was amazing!
KN M | Experiencia generalExcellent
WILL S | Primeras impresionesBuena atencion
Victor E | Experiencia generalVery good
Luis P | Experiencia generalUnit had no climate control for who knows how long, and I was not informed until I noticed. After 3 years of being a loyal customer, I could not get a prorated price to pay for 7 days until move out and was forced to pay a full month's rent. Staff NEVER answered the phone at this location.
Anica E | Experiencia generalBuen local
ALBERTO P | Experiencia generalThe lady up front--I think Nermin is her name--was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was signing out on a unit that I had for close to 25 years but not longer needed, and she assisted in my finishing things up. Previous experience with her and other staff including one of the managers had also provided very helpful and courteous assistance, including some weeks prior when I needed some help in having a large number of boxes taken for shredding. Good experience over a period of years.
DAVID C | Experiencia generalExcelente
jessica b | Primeras impresionesAll staff were very helpful. I rented a truck, van and storage unit at three separate times
Marian T | Primeras impresionesEverything was great except they need to do better about pest control.
DENISE I | Experiencia generalCharlie- the manager- was extremely helpful and kind. He made sure I had what I needed in terms of equipment and help. He really helped me out during a difficult situation.
Donna C | Experiencia generalThe automated call forwarding is annoying. Sometimes just reaching the store directly is all the customer needs - it would just route me to the national call line which wasn’t what I was after. The store hours were also a bit confusing, it seemed like access was shut by a certain time but I was still able to get into the facility. Otherwise, I’d absolutely use this location again really appreciate their customer focus - my needs were met 100% and they refunded an erroneously rented unit. I appreciate the smooth experience - thank you!
Michael M | Experiencia generalBelle was so helpful and made sure we had everything situated. She resolved any issue very quickly and was very kind. Thank you!
