Great customer service and fast. I went in on a last minute decision hoping they had a trailer available. They didn't have the size I was looking for but the service person found the next size up and had me out the door within 30min. Keep up the excellent service experience!

As long as the same woman is there that took great care of us on Thursday then yes 100% recommend. She was wonderful. I was dealing with other calls between work and transferring my utilities and she was so patient with my family she gets 100/10 thank you ❤️

I contracted help loading and unloading via uhaul. The movers broke an expensive item and informed me that they have no insurance and can't rectify the situation.

Staff unprofessional and Manager was extremely rude to me and basically denied my service. Had to use my dad to help me rent the uhaul after they provided me with no help. They charged me for 6 furniture mats and when I left with the truck there were no mats there... Would never use that location again.

HORRIBLE!!! When I walked into the small lobby, there were several people without masks, including one of the UHaul attendants. Because of this, I had to wait outside which made my checkin take twice as long. The first van they brought for me had all of the side railing dragging the ground! So, I had to wait for another van. The second one smelled like an ashtray and normally I would have refused it as well , but I was late for a pickup for which I had rented the van. All of this after I had to drive from another location, because they didn't have the vehicle I had reserved. Nasty vehicle, horrible experience.

Veni (or Deni) was very articulate in explaining the policies/procedures of U-Haul. She certainly represents this location very well. Initially, I spoke to Veni on the phone before arriving and she was courteous on the phone. Then, after arriving, she continued to be very courteous, polite and impeccable in delivering excellent customer service! I vote to give her a pay increase...(IMMEDIATELY) because of her authentic and genuine concern for helping my husband and I. THANK YOU, Sarah Pickett

There was a general manager there training several new employees. I listen to him explaining things to the new staff and he was very thorough. He also went outside and work with these new team members hooking up my trailer. They went over all the safety precautions and did a great job

First - the woman who helped me was fantastic. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. She was very helpful, pleasant and friendly. She was there when I returned the trailer and was just as great. The trailer worked fine so no complaints. It was fairly dirty in the bed and the tailgate was covered in paint. Again, it didn't effect the workings of the trailer. Finally, I really liked the check out/condition process. It was easy to document the condition of the trailer and add photos. Nice job on that. Overall I had a very good experience and would rent again

Went to one location when reserving online it states $50 guaranteed but there were no trucks available. Went to a second location the online access didn't work so she had to give me a new truck. Please call to speak with me!!

The Uhaul LOCATION was fine. The problem was with UHaul's RESERVATION process and website. I reserved three dollies (appliance, furniture, utility) at least ten days, maybe more, in advance of when I would pick them up. When I arrived at the location at Beechnut and Gessner (recommended by UHaul reservations), they DID NOT HAVE THE DOLLIES THAT I HAD RESERVED. I then had to go to two other UHaul locations, stand in line and waste valuable moving time (approx 3 hours). I was finally able to rent a utility dolly at one location, an appliance dolly at another location and had to purchase a furniture dolly.

This was a very expensive space but Jorden Lewis and the staff were well trained and generally excellent and so compensated somewhat for the excessive cost. They never did get the alarm glitch straightened out and after about a dozen tries I just gave up and learned that after what seemed like eternity, the alarm stopped. Surely the neighbors got tired of hearing all the noise and the police never did come so I would say the alarm really does not work except as an irritant. I suppose it is something that can be advertised to some advantage and probably a standard for U-Haul.

It is not a place after arriving you feel your belongings is safe. People from the street or neighborhood hanging out there. The entrance/exit door did not and would not work properly. The office workers and manager could not operate the door!
