The line both to pick up and drop off took a crazy amount of time. There was only two people in front of me but took half hour. Take a page out of McDonalds play book and figure out how to significantly speed things up!TIMOTHY C.

The wait time was extremely long! It took over 30 minutes for me to be helped by someone. This was do to there only being one representative on hand. It wasn't his fault. He had to check in customers then go load up there stuff. That took time. They need to have more employees working in the morning which is when I assume would be the busiest times since people want to get started working on what they need to do early in the day.ANTONIO L.

My reservation was scheduled for 11:30am. I arrived fifteen minutes early to check-in & stood in line waiting to be assisted from 11:15am to 11:40am. Finally was able to complete my check-in around noon. I then arrived around 2:30 to return the vehicle since I was done with it. When I arrived there were so many trucks parked that I could barely park in the driveway. Once I entered the store, there was a man named Paul I believe who was assisting a customer. There were 3 customers in front of me waiting to be assisted. Pal stepped outside to assist a customer with checking in a truck. Myself and the other customers waited inside for a good 20 minutes. A few customers finally left. I waited another 5 minutes then stepped outside to see what was taking so long, and to my surprise Paul was actually hanging out outside holding a personal conversation with someone who seemed like a friend. I approached Paul and let him know that I'd been waiting for quite a while just to check in my rental. He then told me that I should try to do a self checking on my phone. Being in a rush, I did that. Once finished, I went to get in my car and noticed that he was still engaging in personal conversation, meanwhile customers still waited inside. Very terrible & unprofessional experience!Courtney S.
There was a line of about 6-7 customers, some of us were simply waiting to drop off. No one really checked to see if anyone was dropping off. The personnel did not appear stressed by the length of the line nor attempting to work at a fast pace. Two customers left during the waiting time of 20 minutes, myself included - I asked one of the clerks if there was a way I could drop off the trailer without having to wait in line.Horacio S.

Was transferred at last min from beechnut location because they didn't have a 5'x8' . This location didn't have dolly requested and forgot to include the six blankets I ordered. Very nice attendant however!DENNIS GILBERT J B.
I had a horrible experience. On arrival I wouldn't receive email from uhaul to verify my identity, then after I was verified through a phone call from the software I was asked to provide a reference with a number and the reference has to pick up the phone if not that I would not get a rental truck. Luckily the reference picked her phone when the customer rep called her. A friend of mine rented a uhaul on the same day in another city said he was never asked to provide a reference. And I then on the return time I wouldn't receive emails from uhaul to authenticate or process my return. I had to call and waited for almost an hour before someone could help me. The lady on the phone was really helpful though. I got there around 8:45 pm and left around 10pm. It was my first time of renting a truck and I was really disappointed.CHIMA N.
My safety was endangered by U-Haul. My vehicle was damaged(damaged front tires and front end gone out of alignment) because it wasn't properly loaded at the U-Haul facility. i was drive on the freeway with my vehicle unsecured on the auto carrier. It's a miracle no one was hurt by this negligence.MICHAEL O.
