My stuff was damaged! You replaced the roof and didn’t notify me and insulation was all over my stuff and slot of my bins were broken like someone was stepping on my stuff . I also had a couch that was ruined from the water getting in a the humidity. You guys made the excuse that my damages weren’t the cause of you replacing the roof. My stuff was not like that when I went in a while back. Not happy and didn’t take accountability for your actions.

JOSE ( | Experiencia generalPaid for unit for over 7 years, I was not informed of the water leak where it clearly shows the roof has been repaired and almost everything on the right side of unit is water logged ,water still on the floor.

RODOLFO R | Experiencia generalI had the storage for 2 years. And Leslie was absolutely amazing!!
ADINA A | Experiencia generalThanks . I was a customer for 10years. Please refund my July 2023 Rent. My family member had storage for years. Please be fair with me . I spoke to Leslie .
LILLIAN B | Experiencia generalThe only major issues I had was the hours because most people don't get off from work until after 5pm or 6pm and the facility closed at 6pm. Being closed on Sundays sucked too because lots of people would message me on that day to ask to come pick up items I was selling on Facebook marketplace and I'd have to tell them no which would cause me to lose money since the customer worked Monday-Saturday past the normal open hours. Extending the hours & being open on Sundays would be great!
