I did but move in because she was charging 55$ plus admin fee. Which U-Haul do not charge an admin fee. I was charged 20.00 to hold the reservation, which is something else U-Haul do not do. She wanted me to manually place my personal information on a form, which U-Haul do not do. At that point I advised her I will ge counseling the reservation. It was too complicated and too many red flags. I will not place my personal information on paper. Technology need to be placed at this location for privacy. I’m realizing that I will never do business with U-Haul affiliates. They do not uphold the U-Haul Brand. Please refund me my 20$. Thank you
