LAWRENCE LANE R. | First ImpressionsEveryone at the three locations we went to were wonderful. Augustine and Rudy were standouts at 2420 Louisiana St location. Where Augustine is a rockstar, he was so helpful with planning and getting us the unit, to helping with rerouting our truck because it was late for arrival there, to making sure that everything we needed was on-hand. Then the second location where we actually picked up the truck, 1617 San Jacinto where the staff was courteous, friendly, and just over the top amazing to us. And Dalila in Baytown at the North Main location who guided us to both of the stores and set up the entire process for us. That young lady is our hero of the move. I have written a 5 star review on Google for the 2420 Louisiana St location, which if there were more stars to give, I would.

I noticed that the u- haul had a few damages when I left had to gas up there were dents the n both sides of the truck and just one crack in the wind shield but it drives great. I don't have help moving except my kid who never made a box so It will be returned later then I expected
