There was 4 staff members in the office but only one working. Two were at computers and when we asked if they could help they said no. Eventually one of them said he could. He sent a link to my phone for me to upload my drivers license (takes legitimately 1min) and walked away. We found him playing on his phone. Our checkin took 50mins when at my last location it was 5min. 50mins for something that took me 5mins to move in.

I had storage for over a year and I have had no problem with storage. I moved my belongings out on March 30th 2023. I don't believe I own any late fee because I spoke with the manager about the date that I was moving my belongings out and I was told that I will not be charged. Because it was 3 days after the expiration date, because I was moving on that date.

El único inconveniente fue cuando fui a cerrar la cuenta que llegue a las 5:30 pm ya estaban cerrados y fue porque el camión que iba a recoger todo llegó tarde 1 hora!! Pero siempre fueron serviciales y dispuestos a ayudar en lo que me hiciera falta… los recomiendo ampliamente tanto como almacenamiento y trasporte!!!

PAMELA J. | Overall ExperienceThis facility would've received 5 stars but due to the fact that we rented a "CLIMATE" unit but when we walked into the actual storage warehouse the temperature was as hot as outside, the explanation the cust rep gave us was that the A/C had been down for a few days but she did not know when it was going to be repair, so hopefully I would get what I paid for.
Ronald R. | First ImpressionsI enjoyed the facility a lot. I had over night access which helped me a lot because I used to get off from work late and run in and grab things when I was moving out. One thing I didn't like was when the fees spiked after Covid. I relocated to a different state and was able to maintain the fees until may. I payed $236 for 6 months. And from may to June I had to pay my regular fee a late fee and a hold fee totaling to $225. The prices spiked up so much after Covid I had to come close my unit because it became too much to keep track of and my valuables were in my unit so I couldn't bare to lose them. I was stuck in a yo-yo of prices with them. That was my only complaint the staff were so friendly and kind. I appreciate the staff and the courteous help I received during my time
