I did my whole experience online/app and it was seamless! Even closing my unit was done online and there was no issue! Overall very pleased!

Grek P | Overall ExperienceManagement never even took the time to respond back after traveling from 2 states over. Not even the day after to check up to see if we made it. We ended up getting a storage unit somewhere else. Very poor customer service.
MICHAEL C | Overall ExperienceWe arrived to Homestead around 9:00 pm to do the mobile check in. The facility stated that we could check in up until 10pm. Once I logged in and was given the access code it did not work. So I tried calling the after hours number several times and never got a response. I sent multiple text messages and never got a response. We just traveled 8 hours, it was raining and there was no assistance offered whatsoever. Very poor customer service! Very disappointing and unacceptable.

They also didn’t give clear instructions on how to get access to the building after hours. You’re only able to access certain doors. It didn’t make sense. It was also very hot in the building.
