BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. The young lady that works there. With the 2 piercings in her lips shouldn't be dealing with the customers. Her attitude is HORRIBLE. I think the piercings should come out for work.

This UHAUL is A+. DO NOT BE CONFUSED with other nearby UHAUL facilities that are sort of fly by night. This is a full service, fully staffed regular office hours, free standing building with trucks there 24/7. Others in the area are fly by night solo owners who have a couple of trucks . this place is the REAL DEAL. Its what you think of when you think of UHAUL.

The truck made a funny noise. Also having the hand truck n the bag of blanket, take space in the truck that it critical when carrying long items. I know you want to have it there just in case customers need them, but it is not good. The renters need all of the space in the truck. Thank you.

Was supposed to pick truck up at 7, but my reservation was canceled although I paid in full the day before. Didn't get my truck until almost 9am.Truck and windows full of bugs. Truck not parked in the area where it was supposed to be. Not an overall good experience

I Called today to figure out what my balance was after returning after the office was closed, Staff member NANCY wanted to double charge me for the miles I already prepaid for. when I contact the customer service to place a complaint, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WAS EXTREMELY RUDE! AND HANG UP THE CALL. Your company needs to do better-training staff or letting people that have no business working. JUST TERRIBLE!!!

Units were not ready at 7am for pick up. Left out of there at 9am. Not happy. When I walked in at 7am. Staff not to friendly, the store reeked with a rotten mop smell...unfortunately I assumed they were responsible and put my blankets and dolly in the back of the truck, got back home opened the back, NO BLANKETS OR DOLLY! Spent an ungodly 30min. Waiting on hold to get through to talk to someone at the store, my wife decided to go back to the store and get them, she came back saying staff was rude. Take it for what it is worth, I’m not a negative individual, however U-Haul asked for my comments. If you say pick up is 7am then have truck and trailer ready at 7am. My time is money too. U-Haul puts standards and time limits on the consumers( milage, time back for rental etc) apparently it doesn’t apply to them. The store lacked in leadership, you cannot be slothful in business and survive. If you’re reading this post, do your due diligence and don’t assume the folks at U-Haul are, at least at this location.

Didn't like having to take pictures from your link of damamges not noted previously. The uplaod would not go throught and link kept timing out.. Had to ask the Assistant manager to come and note they also forgot to note the gas millage, however, we took a picture before we left it was not at the 1/2 way point but never was, but they saw our picture and my gas receipt pf replacement gas and said it was OK. However if we didn't have that picture think might ave been another out come. But overall was a good experience.

Unhappy about having to wait nearly an hour for my 10' trunk rental, which I reserved online and did early check-in to speed up the paperwork process, which I had to re-tell information I had already filled out online. I tried to hold patience together, but I couldn't believe they couldn't find the key to the truck, so they offered me the van, which I knew what I was moving exceeded the height of the van. They didn't bother to offer me another truck at this location, they were looking for another truck the same size at a different location which meant I would have to travel further than needed. Instead I even asked for the pick up truck and at the same moment the mechanic was dropping off the truck of which was the one that they were looking for originally. Now having to wait for them to check in and then check out to me the truck they did not change the gas/ milage /information onto a new printed out paper. but I had filled out and answered questions online. So when I returned the truck with the same gas as the online form when I was checking out the truck, it wasn't the same as the one that was on the printed out paper which had showed it was almost full and I told them that the truck was on a quarter tank when I received it. Also the milage was at 44401 (some number close to that) but the paper had stated 443## (I don't remember the exact last 2 numbers) but basically saying I drove over 40 something miles which is ridiculous because when I was doing the calculations online through u-haul website it had stated in total was 12 miles for my entire trip of moving the things from a house to a storage unit. They kept the paper they originally gave to me so I wasn't able to provide exact milage. I have always used u-haul for all my moving needs for over 10 years and unfortunately a few different occasions there has been issues.

Location is a horrible . Unprofessional staff, unresponsive to basic communication ,rude and there was a homeless guy that they seem to allow question customers while they are outside the office. A woman called to confirm my rental who was abrupt on the phone and a few minutes later when I arrived she was sitting at the desk for 5 minutes doing nothing except advising eye contact with me, u til a few drops of rain fell and she promptly got up and stated I have to roll my truck windows up and took off without every addressing myself . Act two was just as bad the next rental person was a boy who seemed new to the real world and took pleasure in his authority to slow the process down . What a mess ! Avoid this freak show if possible but if not you have been warned !

The 12-volt outlets in the truck did not work so I could not charge my phone on a long 400 mile trip. The right rear tire had a bad leak, so I had to stop repeatedly to keep filling it with air. Customer service was horrible. I got there at 9am, my return time, and even with 4 people behind the desk, had to wait so long they said I was late and wanted to charge me for another day! Really? And there were only 3 customers including my self in the store. The people were like zombies. No personality, no understanding, horrible customer service. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS CENTER AND I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND AQUINTANCES, WHICH ARE MANY, TO NEVER GO THERE EITHER.

Nothing to say...everything was to standards. Always use this location for my Uhaul's rental. Great customer service Jennifer Almendarez at the time of pick up and Jefferson at the time of drop off. Very friendly:-)
