This UHAUL is A+. DO NOT BE CONFUSED with other nearby UHAUL facilities that are sort of fly by night. This is a full service, fully staffed regular office hours, free standing building with trucks there 24/7. Others in the area are fly by night solo owners who have a couple of trucks . this place is the REAL DEAL. Its what you think of when you think of UHAUL.

The truck made a funny noise. Also having the hand truck n the bag of blanket, take space in the truck that it critical when carrying long items. I know you want to have it there just in case customers need them, but it is not good. The renters need all of the space in the truck. Thank you.

Was supposed to pick truck up at 7, but my reservation was canceled although I paid in full the day before. Didn't get my truck until almost 9am.Truck and windows full of bugs. Truck not parked in the area where it was supposed to be. Not an overall good experience

I Called today to figure out what my balance was after returning after the office was closed, Staff member NANCY wanted to double charge me for the miles I already prepaid for. when I contact the customer service to place a complaint, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WAS EXTREMELY RUDE! AND HANG UP THE CALL. Your company needs to do better-training staff or letting people that have no business working. JUST TERRIBLE!!!

Units were not ready at 7am for pick up. Left out of there at 9am. Not happy. When I walked in at 7am. Staff not to friendly, the store reeked with a rotten mop smell...unfortunately I assumed they were responsible and put my blankets and dolly in the back of the truck, got back home opened the back, NO BLANKETS OR DOLLY! Spent an ungodly 30min. Waiting on hold to get through to talk to someone at the store, my wife decided to go back to the store and get them, she came back saying staff was rude. Take it for what it is worth, I’m not a negative individual, however U-Haul asked for my comments. If you say pick up is 7am then have truck and trailer ready at 7am. My time is money too. U-Haul puts standards and time limits on the consumers( milage, time back for rental etc) apparently it doesn’t apply to them. The store lacked in leadership, you cannot be slothful in business and survive. If you’re reading this post, do your due diligence and don’t assume the folks at U-Haul are, at least at this location.

Didn't like having to take pictures from your link of damamges not noted previously. The uplaod would not go throught and link kept timing out.. Had to ask the Assistant manager to come and note they also forgot to note the gas millage, however, we took a picture before we left it was not at the 1/2 way point but never was, but they saw our picture and my gas receipt pf replacement gas and said it was OK. However if we didn't have that picture think might ave been another out come. But overall was a good experience.

Unhappy about having to wait nearly an hour for my 10' trunk rental, which I reserved online and did early check-in to speed up the paperwork process, which I had to re-tell information I had already filled out online. I tried to hold patience together, but I couldn't believe they couldn't find the key to the truck, so they offered me the van, which I knew what I was moving exceeded the height of the van. They didn't bother to offer me another truck at this location, they were looking for another truck the same size at a different location which meant I would have to travel further than needed. Instead I even asked for the pick up truck and at the same moment the mechanic was dropping off the truck of which was the one that they were looking for originally. Now having to wait for them to check in and then check out to me the truck they did not change the gas/ milage /information onto a new printed out paper. but I had filled out and answered questions online. So when I returned the truck with the same gas as the online form when I was checking out the truck, it wasn't the same as the one that was on the printed out paper which had showed it was almost full and I told them that the truck was on a quarter tank when I received it. Also the milage was at 44401 (some number close to that) but the paper had stated 443## (I don't remember the exact last 2 numbers) but basically saying I drove over 40 something miles which is ridiculous because when I was doing the calculations online through u-haul website it had stated in total was 12 miles for my entire trip of moving the things from a house to a storage unit. They kept the paper they originally gave to me so I wasn't able to provide exact milage. I have always used u-haul for all my moving needs for over 10 years and unfortunately a few different occasions there has been issues.

Location is a horrible . Unprofessional staff, unresponsive to basic communication ,rude and there was a homeless guy that they seem to allow question customers while they are outside the office. A woman called to confirm my rental who was abrupt on the phone and a few minutes later when I arrived she was sitting at the desk for 5 minutes doing nothing except advising eye contact with me, u til a few drops of rain fell and she promptly got up and stated I have to roll my truck windows up and took off without every addressing myself . Act two was just as bad the next rental person was a boy who seemed new to the real world and took pleasure in his authority to slow the process down . What a mess ! Avoid this freak show if possible but if not you have been warned !

The 12-volt outlets in the truck did not work so I could not charge my phone on a long 400 mile trip. The right rear tire had a bad leak, so I had to stop repeatedly to keep filling it with air. Customer service was horrible. I got there at 9am, my return time, and even with 4 people behind the desk, had to wait so long they said I was late and wanted to charge me for another day! Really? And there were only 3 customers including my self in the store. The people were like zombies. No personality, no understanding, horrible customer service. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS CENTER AND I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND AQUINTANCES, WHICH ARE MANY, TO NEVER GO THERE EITHER.

Nothing to say...everything was to standards. Always use this location for my Uhaul's rental. Great customer service Jennifer Almendarez at the time of pick up and Jefferson at the time of drop off. Very friendly:-)

I rented a truck and upon arrival at home the truck interior smell like ?? so I decided that I’m gonna use it because I was pressed for time as my storage was about to be closed. However I returned the truck at the drop box. Next day they charged me cleaning fee. Called to disputed and no one would ever answer the phone.

Be a little more flexible with return times, especially when it's same day rentals. I was late by an hour and a half and got a $20 late fee. While I'm sure that's just protocol, it really should be reconsidered.

U-Haul's online information is not always accurate for individual locations. I reserved a 20ft truck. The day prior to pick up The call center told me that I had to drive 30 miles out of my way to get the 20 ft truck or I could upgrade for free to a 26ft truck. The biggest issue was I also had an auto transport. When I got to the pickup location and told the staff what i really needed, they sia they had 4 20 ft trucks available. One staff member in particular was very helpful , Semaj, and really made the whole process enjoyable. Thank you Semaj!

A little disappointed with the pickup process. I was next in line for about 15min. Meanwhile, the other lady not dealing with a customer never acknowledged me. Dropping off was quick and easy. Chad was awesome. Great customer service on the drop-off.

The Flagler location are a bunch of thieves, they drive your gas down low, and then charge you $5 per gallon. I would never recommend them to a dog nor a bum on the streets. They rob me $11.00 for $2.00 worth of gas.

The guy who set up my reservation was extremely rude. He didn’t go over anything to me. Handed me the keys and said “download the app to turn it in” and walked away. I asked him where was parking for my vehicle and he told me to go down the street and park at the bank and walk back. Thank God for the other worker with dreads who saw me walking and told me where to park my car on the lot and even took me go back so I didn’t have to walk. The next morning the same rude guy called me telling me that I never dropped off the vehicle. I told him I did and asked had he even checked the key box or look for the truck, which was parked in the same spot I’d picked it up in. They also charged me for gas when I put the tank back on 3/4 tank and had a picture as the app requested for proof. NEVER AGAIN!!!

When I got there to pick up there was a line and only one person working the counter. Took over an hour to wait, check in, and get the trailer. The guy checking out and then checking in the vehicles was very quick, informative, and very nice to deal with.

I did not have a good experience with the drop off!! For One: No one told me nor did it say anywhere that the drop off location was not after hours drop off, in fact the agent I spoke to when they set up my reservation said I could drop it off anytime by 8am next day. Secondly: I actually arrived at the facility by 7:30pm, knowing that they close 8pm. After following the steps on the app to drop off, it did not say what to do with the keys for truck, I was left no knowing what to do. Went inside but the store was closed and no one was there more did I see a Dropbox for the key. After spending what seemed like an hour on the phone, was told I had to take the truck to a different location further away. As much as I like the automated system at first, I don't think I will ever use again, and I will not recommend it to anyone. I was very upset as I had a long day already with the move itself, to finish with that!! Not to mention I'm pretty sure I wasn't the only one, as I was leaving from the original drop off location to the next, I saw another uhaul truck pull up and they were taking pictures of truck like I did through the app, where they left the key, I don't Know!!!

I rent your cargo vans on an average of 2 to 3 times a month. I have picked up vans, very clean and not very clean. On my recent return of a van I was told I’d be charged a extra $25 dollars for cleanup fee.My employee signed off on paying the fee. I must say I am disappointed and I’m now looking at other rental options for my company

I have rented a van twice this week at this location. I used a different phone each time and your app is extremely slow. To check out the van, it took 25 minutes. To return the van, it took 15 minutes. Most of that time was spent waiting or reloading your app. I could have just gone inside.

U-Haul employees were helpful and friendly. The trailer turn-in was fast and efficient. The facility's layout and size makes maneuvering with trailers a bit more challenging than some other sites. Employees were quick to help with everything.

The truck that I rented had serious problems 1: the steering was really bad 2: the truck accelerated forward on its own 3: the truck accelerated on it's own in reverse and 4: there's a loud sound coming from the right side of the truck. I was terrified driving that truck thanks to God all went well. This matter was reported when I returned the truck.

The person that help me and my mom was a lady but i dont know her name. She is blonde, and was wearing a cap. SHE WAS THE NICEST PERSON THERE!!!! Amazing person and very patience, beatiful smile! Also a guy that was wearing a blue shirt and sun glasses he was super nice too! Thank you guys for all the help and also for giving us the best of you! Blessings!

The key cards are horrible didnt work correctly till the day I actually moved outod the unit. Before that id have to always go through the inside door. Also very expensive compared to competition.

Nice facility, friendly staff. Misleading pricing - too many extra charges for things that I thought would be included in the price. The $174 unit ended up costing me $215.

Manager Rodolfo was a very accommodating. Staff was pleasant, but service was not quick. Each time I needed assistance in office, I waited at least 15 minutes, and computers systems were inefficient.
