Picked up the van with a TPMS sensor fault. Didn't matter much to me but the optics of renting equipment to your customers with a known malfunction in a sensor that could potentially jeopardize someone's safety is not a good look for company.

I have rented from here a few times. Always very professional, courteous and keep the customers best interests in mind. Excellent place to get U-Haul products. Highly recommended.
Driving across country, you want to secure your stuff in case you have to stop somewhere to rest. Well the hinge for where you would normally install a lock was broken/cut, not allowing you to install a lock. My only complain.
The people who work are very rude and they don't help the customer to get the truck,they are a bit racist because if you speak a little English they don't treat you well they don't like speak Spanish .and they speak Spanish .thank you
To improve the service .U- haul need to cancel the after hours drop off services . When I pick up the truck at 5.30 pm and return at 9.30 pm and the U-Haul Moving & Storage of Homestead 1050 N Flagler Ave Homestead, FL 33030 close at 8 pm. . I rent the truck for 6 hours is not the client problem that the location close 3 hours after the pick up.. The 20 dollars after hours fee need to be return to me.
I used the truck for 10 miles and they charged me for 2 gallons of gas at $3.50 a gallon.
I made a reservation for an storage when I got to the location they told me the person who did the reservation reserved something too small and quoted me dos $139 after the first month. Then I had to get something bigger got almost $300 after 1st month. Your costumer service is horrible the so everything backwards. The make you lose money and time.
I clean the trailer and they still charge me for no reason

U-Haul was unable to provide trucks in the Florida keys so I was given the only option to drive up to homestead to pick up a truck for a delivery I had to make one way to Boca Raton which meant I had to take the truck bring it back down to the keys load up the furniture and drive it up to Boca Raton. I was supposed to get a one-way truck which was going to cost me around $159 when I arrived at the location I was informed that there were no one-way trucks and the only option I had was to get a truck that needed to be returned within 24 hours I told him I was traveling over 200 miles which caused my bill but the current rates to be over $300 twice when I was expecting to spend the truck was the only 15 ft available and the suspension was very poor the tires were worn unevenly and the trucks cab was in pretty poor shape. The staff of this location was exceptional very helpful and did what they could but the quality of product the fact that I had to pay twice as much was very disappointing.

The overall experience was ok. I was upset because there was a scratch on the passenger side door near the B post and since the driver did not do the text link they sent him we were charged for it. He is not good with electronic devices and is Spanish only speaking person. For this reason, I had gotten the extra insurance you offer. I was still charged an extra amount of money for that scratch which we did not do. We rented from u hail a few times without issue but this time I felt we were taken advantage of. I'm sorry but that my humble opinion.

The trucks are dirty the manager was very unprofessional. I like U Haul trucks van much but I would not go back to that place again.
Other than being charged after I turned in my unit everything was great.

Did not sanitize the vehicle the first time I rented it also the second time I rented it was not sanitized I had to wait in office for an hour because someone was supposed to hat reserved it and I had reserved one for an hour later after drop off end up getting the same truck again and they did not sterilize it at the same paper in it from when I left it to them was not satisfied with sanitation following the guidelines of the CDC was not followed therefore that is a failing grade in my book not helping the community out but help transmitting over 19 to people who rent we are U-Hauls not safe need to be more responsible to the public
Very unorganized and employees were not informative based on what needed to be done upon leaving or returning of vehicle. Very frustrating and upsetting. Told gas was full when it wasn't and a mislead through the whole experience. Not a happy customer.
The app was crashing so I couldn't access the truck had to wait 1hour and then I was told I only had 3 hours instead of the 4 hours I paid for. How dose an advertisement of 20 dollars a day end up costing my 62.00 for 3 hours? My storage unit was supposed to include a free lock i was charged for a new lock. The customer service experience was rude and uneventful.
Horrible service, i had my pick up confirmation number and everything and when I arrived 15 minutes prior to the pick up time i was told they had no Truck for me. Horrible service from the manager that didn't want to help me find another truck and so on

Make sure you rent trucks in better running condition and that won't leak in the rain.
They are not very friendly there, with the exception of one young lady and a gentleman name Jefferson. They don't know how to be customer friendly at all.
The pick up location for the trailer was hard to find and navigate.
Waste my time and unprofessional please explain instead of arguing with customers. General Manager was ok but have room for improvements. Replace staff to improve customer service.
I arrived just before closing to pick up the truck I reserved and had a problem with the mobile app. I went inside to get help; I was completely aware of the time and the staff wanting to close and go home. All I asked was a little help / guidance. Not one of the three people helped beyond, you have to use the mobile app since that was how I chose to pick up the truck. Despite explaining that I previously had problems the week before and had rescheduled that was the extent of the help. I left to figure it out which I did. I am a frequent user of this particular location and would have appreciated five minutes. Instead I left feeling frustrated and under valued. Time will tell if I continue to this location or u-haul in general.
Poor customer service. Unorganized in office and still had to wait even though I used self check in. Both in check in and check there was at least 6 people waiting to be helped.great location and lots of equipment but once again very poor customer service.
Keep giving great customer service
When I moved out I asked if there was some place to throw away things. I was told no even though it advertises on the website it does. I left large things I couldn’t take and then asked for it to be disposed of and let me know the amount due. I never got a response back. I moved in July and they just now closed my account.
My first time renting from the Homestead Fl location. I rented online and it was seamless despite me making numerous changes. On location, the employee, I believe named Jefferson, was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond explaining the details and made sure the truck seat was comfortable for my height. I was one of the last rentals of the evening and upon returning early the next day, he was there and remembered me. He was again very pleasant and professional regardless of working late the day prior. In addition, I had a complication with my schedule running over. The 800 operator was also very nice and accommodating. I have another minor move coming up at the end of the month and I intend to rent Uhaul at the same location and not give another truck rental company another thought. Thanks for the impressive experience.

Very bad customer service, i will try not to go to this store again, the person that processed my reservation was very nice but the other guy is very rude and unprofessional, they charged me for 4 days when I only used the van for 3 days

Have better deals then using 99 cent a mile. I personally think that's getting over on people
They need more help. We were in line for almost an hour. There was one guy working the front and one outstide. I used the mobile pickup but still had to get my key inside. Ridiculous.
The people were welcoming and friendly which is what I loved.
I booked with moving pads and none where provided. I felt like i was over charged. Only did 8 miles from original 30 and on paid 20 less. Even with not getting pads as well.
I utilized a moving company by the name of “KJB MOVING SERVICES” and their movers damaged my bedroom set, showed up 45 mins late causing me to return the uhaul truck late, they refuse to address the situation and stop answering my calls.

Definitely there are mice. Only had storage for 3 months, boxes were full of mice fecee.
40 minutes in line, only one person ahead of me. Mandatory insurance.
My furniture and boxes were damaged by mice's urine, cockroach eggs, adult and newborn. Also a liquid fell from the ceiling. The insurance paid me $1000. Almost 2 years paying rent. I lost.

My furniture was covered in rat droppings when I picked it up. The front desk didn't offer any kind of customer service instwad handed me a pamphlet for me to make an insurance claim.

Your staff has always been polite, respectful, courteous and professional. The only difficulty I have observed is the rude disrespectful nature of some of the clientele.

The key cards are horrible didnt work correctly till the day I actually moved outod the unit. Before that id have to always go through the inside door. Also very expensive compared to competition.
Some of the employees were civil, but some of them made me feel uncomfortable they will not even greet me. I would salute some of them, they would not even answer. Costumer service training needed.
Staff needs to be trained better. Had to wait for a manager that took a 1.5 hour lunch to close out my account he didn’t even apologize for coming back so late when he said he’d be back in 10 mins
First of all its amazing that a company the size of u-haul don't give military discounts to Veterans. We are the one's who sacrifice everything so that companies like yours are able to exist . shamefu
My storage needs were awesome up until the day I moved my things out. My gate key would not let me access my car which was left there while driving the uhaul. Thankfully one worker came to let me.

Good customers services, everyone was very helpful and pleasant.
Nice facility, friendly staff. Misleading pricing - too many extra charges for things that I thought would be included in the price. The $174 unit ended up costing me $215.
Manager Rodolfo was a very accommodating. Staff was pleasant, but service was not quick. Each time I needed assistance in office, I waited at least 15 minutes, and computers systems were inefficient.
I think that’s staff and facility for the professionalism again thank you for All.
