He took pictures hopefully he will get reimbursed he barely had anything and the little bit he had was destroyed.

Not sure if the pictures I took loaded as the site kept cutting out on me..Not even sure if my payment went through..If not i'm sure the response time will be prompt..

BRIAN M.Do not call them 20 foot trucks, when the deck is shorter. This made me lose $50 dollars by the time I realized that the 18 foot items I was trying to transport did not fit and returned the truck 2 hours later.
Leo G.There was an infestation of roaches that I had to exterminate all of my things prior to putting them in my new storage I was horrified by the amount of dirt that was on every piece of the cabin as if no one ever has wiped the handles or anything just very dirty completely grossed out getting the truck was a problem returning the truck was a problem the equipment that I asked for was not available I've never experienced something like this with your company. I guess you should fumigate the trucks I'm not really sure clean them try that that would be nice.

Stephen R. | First ImpressionsThe last 3 times that I have gone to pick up our rented U-Haul the complete U-Haul system has been down. This has made us late for our appointments. The only thing the staff says is their is nothing they can do...I rent every other week because we pick up donations for our food pantry. The online/app system is a piece of garbage and so is the in office system. Employees have no way of fixing the issue but they also don't offer any compensation or discount for the inconvenience
Monica L.Everything outside the unit is good. Employees do their best and for the pay they receive I do not blame the lack of certain things. However I am uhaul employee (not at this store) and I am disappointed with uhaul. My mom rented one climate controlled unit and a regular unit and both units had rat feces which one couch got thrown away and all the bed mattresses as well of the amount of feces that was on it and it was shown to the employees before taking it out. When someone damages anything at uhaul, uhaul is quick to act but when a customers belongings gets damage they sure like to take their sweet time and redirect the call.

Overall great experience with this store. Very helpful and friendly. Completed the work prior to stated time. They came highly recommended to me and I understand why!

Roque R.There was 4 staff members in the office but only one working. Two were at computers and when we asked if they could help they said no. Eventually one of them said he could. He sent a link to my phone for me to upload my drivers license (takes legitimately 1min) and walked away. We found him playing on his phone. Our checkin took 50mins when at my last location it was 5min. 50mins for something that took me 5mins to move in.

I don't believe I own any late fee because I spoke with the manager about the date that I was moving my belongings out and I was told that I will not be charged. Because it was 3 days after the expiration date, because I was moving on that date.

PAMELA J. | Overall ExperienceThis facility would've received 5 stars but due to the fact that we rented a "CLIMATE" unit but when we walked into the actual storage warehouse the temperature was as hot as outside, the explanation the cust rep gave us was that the A/C had been down for a few days but she did not know when it was going to be repair, so hopefully I would get what I paid for.
Ronald R. | First ImpressionsI enjoyed the facility a lot. I had over night access which helped me a lot because I used to get off from work late and run in and grab things when I was moving out. One thing I didn’t like was when the fees spiked after Covid. I relocated to a different state and was able to maintain the fees until may. I payed $236 for 6 months. And from may to June I had to pay my regular fee a late fee and a hold fee totaling to $225. The prices spiked up so much after Covid I had to come close my unit because it became too much to keep track of and my valuables were in my unit so I couldn’t bare to lose them. I was stuck in a yo-yo of prices with them. That was my only complaint the staff were so friendly and kind. I appreciate the staff and the courteous help I received during my time

There was dead silence for about 15-20 seconds. I asked if they were still there and she rudely replied. Give me a minute, I’m looking at something. It would have been proper to respond to my request and tell me I’ll be right with you let me review your information. But when I arrived at the facility everyone was very helpful.

As your staff at the stores are absolutely fantastic, your customer service, follow through, communication, organization, logistics on the phone and everywhere else is the down right WORST! The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. I was on hold for 2 hours and 45 min., transferred 3 times to simply scheduled a pick up for my ubox. You all lost my box. Ran me ragged looking for it. Finally found it ONLY to find out you were holding up your end of the bargain and delivering my box to my front door unless I pay an additional $400! I went ballistic!!!! No way was I paying that, after you all promised deliver was included in my price. No way! So I had to escalate it to a supervisor, who then escalated to someone else etc etc etc. FINALLY with enough complaining I got my box delivered as promised for free. Why did you all put me through that! I don’t need that additional drama! Don’t you realize how stressful MOVING is already all on it’s own! And you wanna add to it!!!! Why? Keep your word THE FIRST TIME AROUND!

I left large things I couldn’t take and then asked for it to be disposed of and let me know the amount due. I never got a response back. I moved in July and they just now closed my account.
