That was a terrible experience. Please screen your employees more thoroughly. Plus he kept putting his fingers in his mouth, THEN, had me type on the keyboard with his germs on it!!!

Literally had to get out and physically move each trailer out of the way to make room for my car trailer to fit thru the aisle. Very unprofessional. I understand trying to utilize space, but that's very inconvenient. My girlfriend can't move them. So i had to be with her every time.

Before the auction, I called and asked for an extension. I was verbally told over the phone that I could still retrieve my belongings between February 12 and February 14. Relying on that information, I believed I had until those dates to collect my things. However, the unit was auctioned on February 9, and I was not given the opportunity to retrieve my belongings as promised👎👎😔😔😔
