These guys were amazing, helpful and prompt. I had a slight issue with some charges and the locations personnel was helped resolve the issue before I left the site. These guys were friendly and professional. Gracias

Tamara C.I rented an 12' x 6' closed trailer. Everything went smoothly getting on the road. No rain when we loaded but the mattress was quite wet when we unloaded. Evidence inside the trailer of prior caulking repair near where the wetness was. I thought the service and price were fair but the outcome was disappointing.

Michelle M.Have been renting equipment at this location for a couple of years. Very often I would drive across town just to rent from them. Customer service is just part of it. They have variety of equipment and almost everything in stock.
vlad L.The staff were friendly and accommodating, but this was about where the good part of my experience ended. I got out in the rain to the truck to find the windshield covered in ice and had to come back in to get an ice scraper, while scraping the windshield an employee walked by and said he thought the ice would have been melted by the time I picked up the truck. I also rented an appliance dolly, the one given to me had a bent handle and the wheels did not roll well. I noticed a small roof leak in the cargo area but thought it was due to the snow and ice melting, as the rain continued the leak got worse to where the entire driver side left corner of the floor would pool up with water causing major issues for putting items in boxes into the truck, and reported this issue upon drop off, which was a major pain that took over 30 mins with the app to accomplish, and have yet to have anybody contact me regarding this issue. I need to make another move soon and am more likely to look into other options since uhaul does not seem to care about feedback left by their customers.

darci B.I had a very poor move out experience at this facility. First, I was notified 30 minutes prior to renting a truck at this facility that it would not be available. I had to drive 7 miles in the opposite direction to pick up the truck and then return to this facility to clean out my storage unit. This costed me time and money because of the extra mileage. Second, when I arrived at the facility, there were to trailers blocking access to my unit. When I asked an employee if he could help me move them, he refused at first. I explained that my truck would be blocking the alley and it would be very difficult to move large items out of the unit with those trailers in front. He then asked ME if I would be comfortable lifting and moving them. I told him I could attempt that if he was okay with the liability of me getting injured in the process. He finally agreed to walk out with a tool to move one trailer out of my way. Finally, and most importantly, we discovered our unit had been infested by rats. Some items shredded to pieces and feces and urine everywhere. We will have to have some pieces of furniture cleaned professionally due to health and safety concerns. We are planning a move to Colorado this summer and have decided that Uhaul is no longer a company we want to do business with due to repeating issues. I am hoping that you will take this review seriously and address the staff and cleanliness issues. Please know that your unit has costed us hundreds of dollars in damages.

DARRELL C.Although the employee's were friendly, communication wasn't the best. While picking up the Truck, when asking some questions, the employee appeared to not understand the relevance and would just stare at me. There's not enough space in this forum to explain in detail, what the employee concerns were. The biggest problem was with the Truck. The problems were not apparent until on the highway. First off, the steering wheel pulled to the right and required that I kept the wheel turned to about the "10 o'clock" position to keep it traveling straight. Second, the right headlight was extremely loose in it's mount, and pointed about 10 feet in front of the truck, and toward the fog line. Too late to turn back at that point. Upon inspection at the drop off U-Haul store, it was found that the headlight assembly was broken free from it's mount and appears to have occurred when the previously documented damage to the right front bumper & fender. Point being, it is very likely that the pulling of the steering wheel, and the damage to the light occurred when the previously documented damage occurred. Seems pretty negligent to send a vehicle out for service that is not in serviceable condition.

I had signed up for an 8:00 am pickup and when I arrived at the location to pickup(contactless) I was notified I would have to wait for the store to open as they did not offer contactless. The app should not have let me book it in the first place then. That was frustrating, the rest was great.

AISLINN C.The trailer that I rented was not available at my scheduled pickup time. They gave me a larger sized trailer which made my gas mileage plummet. They confirmed two days before my rental that the smaller size I requested would be available, so it was frustrating that I had to get a larger trailer than I needed. Gas is so expensive right now.

Banter about what was done on their weekend, plans for Christmas, activities with color guard and spending time with their brother got in the way of me getting the information I needed to operate the vehicle and took time away from what I intended to do that day.

We did get $50 off. And was told I would get some money back when we moved out, then was told no Uhaul don't give money back, I would have waited for the end of the month, I feel I have been on time with auto pay, and now Uhaul gets money for me moving out... I don't think that is right

This was the third issue I had with U-Haul while moving this weekend. Eventually the staff ended up giving two months free instead of the 1 month free I received with my truck to help make up the difference. However, we waited over an hour while they were trying to figure out what was available. I ended up in a 10x10x6, which was more expensive and smaller than the 10x8x9 I had reserved. I wouldn't recommend U-Haul in the future.

Nobody answers the phones and the poor staff are always trying to run around to try to keep up with whatever is happening. Consider better pay / incentives to hopefully have better staff morale and better work ethic. I loathe anytime I have to use uhaul because the staff are never on the same page between days or locations. I don't understand why I couldn't finish my rental online or over the phone even though my unit was empty and I had taken the lock.

There should be a number to call or a sign or something to contact whoever is working. I waited over 10 minutes, 4 other customers showed up behind me, one of them left. It took less than a minute for my checkout. If you created an easy checkout online or something that would be good.
