Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI just thought the smaller unit would it be a little more cheaper but it's okay.
DENISE K | Primeras impresionesAll staff & especially Daira, went above & beyond to help me in every way possible & I’m sincerely grateful!!! The stress I was going through was alleviated by the awesome staff & service!!! I will only use Uhaul for life & recommend to family & everybody I know!! Thank you !!!!
Carla P | Experiencia generalJavier, Heather and Daira of Black Mountain all do a great job. Well informed, pleasant and accommodating. Thank you.
Michael S | Experiencia generalDaria, Kaylee, Joseph & Mngt. Javier were very helpful & went above & beyond to assist me. I was a bit surprised that Mngt. Javier remembered my original plan was to relocate to Northern NV, but that did not work out for me even It being over 2yrs. ago:- great memory! Even Daria remembered! Always great customer service!!!
Delores t | Experiencia generalDaria, Kaylee, Joseph, Mngt. Javier went above & beyond in assisting & working with me. all great customer service! My problem was with an Accounting billing issue regarding an alleged 2yr. old bill! Not very friendly was that Dept. head!
dee t | Primeras impresionesI just want to say that I had the pleasure of being helped by a lovely lady Diara. She quite literally made our day and is a literal angel who deserves to be treated in some way. She is the biggest reason as to why I decided to review the business, another young man also was very kind and helpful as well.
Alisa K | Primeras impresionesWe appreciate all the help from all the cruel they're at Black Mountain. We've used their trucks and we use their storage , and we're very happy with the whole process
nicholas P | Experiencia generalI got charged twice after I had already closed my storage unit
Amie R | Experiencia generalWe had the best service for three years at this location. Black Mountain definitely will recommend it and if we ever need them in the future, we will come back.
Chevonne G | Experiencia generalEverybody was very helpful.\nAnd friendly
nicholas P | Primeras impresionesExcellent service
ANDREW M | Experiencia generalnot only did you let my storage unit get robbed, your automated system actually sent me a review to fill out the day after you told me. Laughable. Will never be using U haul again for anything and I have sent demand letters out and am waiting for response.
JEREMY A | Experiencia generalAfter moving I had more items to store and keep close to Henderson NV. Black Mountain location has helped me through the whole move. Everytime I went for help or buy supplies they were awesome. The manager there is good he is positive and treats customers and employees really well. He needs to be recognized. Also Daila I think her name was helped me get the right storage locker to fit and she took the time to show me everything she is a gem. I will always recommend U-Haul with the kind of care they provide
Kenneth W | Mudanza en líneaHighly recommend this facility. The staff go above and beyond .
Arturo R | Experiencia generalI just didn't like when we was getting our stuff out. The people/customers had the big truck and parked n the middle. For them to unload there stuff. But other then that it was great.
