Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulGreat customer service
Maureen G | Experiencia generalIt was extremely convenient to be able to drive up, unload, and return the truck all at the same location. The one month free storage included didn’t hurt either!
Sean B | Primeras impresionesGreat service
john j | Primeras impresionesJp the best thanks man
luis r | Experiencia generalI say that cause they smoke drugs in the store it always smell like weed and that’s not professional
TAWANA F | Experiencia generalI spent 4 hrs trying to move in and still didn't get to because one customer tied up 2 units and only paying for one. The customer should have moved out and didn't so im stuck with a trailer loaded with my stuff and I lost a day because of it. I'm not happy 😕.
GARFIELD B | Primeras impresionesThe manager was so helpful and respectful I really appreciate everything thank
Evette H | Experiencia generalEverything went ok thanks to the gentleman that got our lock off
Carmen R | Primeras impresionesGood
Marvin G | Primeras impresionesStorage unit leaked water from above inside my unit, and mice were able to get inside my unit. Clothing, books, electronics, and valuables were covered in water/mice droppings and debris. Paying $115 a month with insurance for unit I would have expected better quality service than this. Employee at facility took photos and made a report. Still waiting on U-Haul to contact me back for incident.
Cassandra O | Experiencia generalMaria and the gentleman with the gold glasses with the tint God bless them there they have such wonderful customer service very professional very helpful. Maria was very helpful with my storage units.
