It was a convenient location for me. I was a little urked about the late charges which was eventually handled by changing my payment date. The space was rodent infested and uhaul wanted to charge me for using their trash bin.... unfair.

I had the greatest customer service with Maria and her staff, although taking a nothing away from the staff, because they work with me and all sorts of ways, although a lot of my belongings got wet and damaged and I had to throw them away with rats eating through my couches, mice and rat poop all over my furniture for TVs in the box and out of the box were soaking wet. Thank you for letting me comment.
