The woman who assisted me with my rental was wonderful! Her name is Lucy, however, I don't know her last name. She was so friendly, so professional and really just made me smile even though it was a stressful weekend of moving my daughter back to college.

I did all the pre-work online, had a reservation number, got to the store in your stupid QR code. System did not work. Had to wait in line for 30 minutes to get serviced. That system sucks. Will never rent from a store that has the system again. Or will just go to another provider.

The staff was friendly and helpful. However, I ordered a van but no e had been returned. They gave me 10' truck, which was fine, except it costs more for the mileage and I had to get the extra insurance since my policy only covers a van. Thus, I spent a third more for my move.

I did not use the storage and there was an error on the individual who helped me. Mistakes happen but he did not connect me with another Uhaul facility to service me. However the manager who helped me resolve my issue was very nice and helpful. I thank you for her fast response and action on my behalf. She was excellent across the board.

The self service portal could be a little more user friendly. Suggest including tips tool to help the customer through the process. Instructions from the portal were not accurate.

We received a smaller truck than what we had paid for. Truck was not in good condition, with barely functioning brakes and electrical problems (constantly flashing headlights) that caused other drivers to pull over.

First of all I didn't rent the unit my boyfriend used my name and they never asked for ID and he was paying the bill he was late however they stopped texting & sending notices so if he didn't pay I wouldn't know and we never received anything state that the unit was behind and they was going to auction our belongings however I was told to show a payment for August

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, I wasn’t even able to move in to my unit due to the space being already occupied by the last renters, I had to go to a different Uhaul and pay just to be able to get everything situated. The crews tried helping but have no access to anything ! Do better please.

The service at the Hartford Main Street location has been outstanding. I submit this survey to recognize Supervisor Deyedia as well as her entire team. They were all very kind and professional to me as well as other customers when entering the facility. They operate as a team. They were very helpful to me with storage information whenever I had a request. The storage site was well maintained at all times. I also want to recognize Ms. April Soto, who was also outstanding and managed the facility when I opened my account. She introduced me to Deyedia(who would later succeed her as site manager). I want to recognize her in this review as well because Ms. Soto was also a class person and shared with me that she was there temporarily to assemble a new operating team for the site. I appreciate the excellent team that she assembled. I also appreciated the great professionalism and leadership of Deyedia when she assumed operation of the site.

Sean And RJ are literally the BEST!! They made this moving experience a Breeze . Kind , Caring ,Respectful. Made sure I was comfortable in making decisions . They were patient and professional. I just really appreciated them.

Some of the workers need more training in what they doing and how to properly communicate with customers and also never forget anything in their truck forgot a very expensive phone charger in one of the truck call the store couple minutes after drop the truck and they said that nothing was in the truck. Rent a storage unit and when came to the unit to put my stuff the unit was lock loose two days of work because of this inexperienced workers.

DiEddia and April are the nicest, most professional and competent employees Uhaul has EVER hired! I am 57 years old and have dealt with Uhaul for over 40 years and these 2 women should get DOUBLE of whatever you are paying them now AND they should train the rest of your employees on how to act, treat people and run a store! Ms. April Soto did an excellent job of explaining the process of renting storage space. She was very receptive to my questions. I appreciated her patience. I also witnessed her concern for other clients as well. She does an incredible job in making sure the 3192 Main St. location is one of the best operated U-Hauls in the state of Connecticut. I had returned ubox on 08 Aug 2018 and all the payment was done...Inspite of that I was charged $106 and $5 for additional month storage....I called uhaul representatives four times to raise concern.

The people that take reservations didn’t do what I asked them to reserve a storage bin for a bedroom & living room sets. Instead they reserved the smallest storage. I had to pay $111.00 more.
