Staff was great, place was spotless, parking never an issue but......I had a large locker, understood the security alarm process and never had an issue. I moved to a smaller locker and 5 times out of 5 the alarm went off! Ear piercing alarm. I spoke to the staff and was issued 4 new cards, all set the alarm off. Again, staff was helpful but after 5 alarm activations, I moved out.

I was in a bit of a rush when I closed out the until but I paid for August and cleaned it out on 8/3 by 11 AM. Possible to get a refund on the balance of the month? Thanks Mary
