This is a very unprofessional place to go. Staff are very unhelpful.

Fern P | First ImpressionsI had to driving back and forth and they gave me the wrong locker after making me sit there for an hour waiting to do paper work, they gave me a locker that was locked then the one I got after I went back and got a new one was dented in the back and had a hole in it
Christopher G | First ImpressionsEvery single part of this experience was awful. Heaven help me if I am ever unfortunate enough to have to work with this U-Haul facility again. I never knew storage could be so hard. Mistake after mistake after mistake with no regard to/for customer satisfaction, service, or experience. Mind blowingly unsatisfying and the absolute worst ever.

ANTHONY D | Overall ExperienceStaffers names: Angela Steadwell, Reggie Spand and Justin Smith the GM. were very helpful and courteous. When my door got jammed they took care of me. I left my keys 🔑 with them and they fixed the door and locked it for me so I didn't have to be late for work. Those 3 took very good care of me.

Trevor A | Overall ExperienceStaff can barely get anything done because they flirt with every girl that comes in the door. I stood around waiting for almost 20 minutes while both employees flirted with two girls. They were not talking about anything Uhaul related at all. Also, I generated a code for the storage unit door and it doesn’t work. They also didn’t have cards to swipe.

Wasn’t told operating hours of storage facility itself had to go online for that information. All in all it worked out. Staff was very helpful and accommodating
