You guys have the best Staff here. Thank you so much for all your help, You are the only place in Green Bay that I would go through for my storage or transport needs. I have to admit, that I have utilized any other place in the area, but I was so impressed with the manage and the employees there, I have to say that I know I will be treated fairly and respectfully. I'm so lucky to have come to this store first. I appreciate the customer service and the people there. Thank you, than you and thank you. But don't worry, for the privilege of having an auto-payment system that doesn't work, you'll get late fees. To top it all off, you'll get zero response when trying to contact the management. Number one star!

Others I know had same problem and not being able to get into unit. After contacting corporate, the manager has taken care of everything for me personally and I'm very satisfied.

Jomar A. | First ImpressionsRented a storage unit and the manager Phillip told me that I had till 10 at night but the Building closed at 7 p.m. Got all the way to the storage unit a little after 8 p.m. and my card key was denied. I had five vehicles with being with a bunch of stuff and had to leave everything outside because nobody could do anything they couldn't get ahold of the manager and he was the only one that could change it and he made my card so I couldn't access the building after 7 p.m. it was pretty cold to be standing there trying to figure out what was wrong all for us to just leave again and then not even that now we have to come back again in the morning and figure all the vehicles to make it back there on time or all at the same time so it's just extra work that we're doing now all because somebody made my card not work so that is my only complaint. Thank you

Ashley N. | Overall ExperienceI had called 2 weeks ahead of moving my Mom's things into storage after she was admitted to a nursing home and received a reservation number. When I went to pick up the keys, the unit I reserved wasn't available. We were moving the next day. I was told no other units of the size I needed was available. I was told, "RESERVATION MEAN NOTHING." But the Main Street store did have units. Thank goodness for Chi Lee! He called the U- Haul who refused my reservation and confirmed there were units available, but they hadn't been cleaned. So not happy! Chi got me a unit for the next day, showed me how to use the digital key, and apologized giving me 1 month free rental. So appreciated his great customer service. Even though the 1st choice was more convenient to our home, I will Never recommend them to any of our family or friends.
