The rental I ordered online wasn’t even available at the location. I settled for a different one. The one I did get, wasn’t even an option online when I made the reservation. The payment process was very tedious, the credit card machine wasn’t working and I feared I would be charged 4 times...thankfully I didn’t.

Made a reservation with U haul customer service on Friday night. Didn’t have a truck available at the Depere Wisconsin location. Told me I would have to pick up a truck at the Green Bay location which was a little out of my way. Got to Green Bay location this morning and they told me they would be putting an additional $100 hold because I was using a MasterCard Debit card. I rented a truck from same location approximately 2 weeks ago and used the same payment method. They never told me at the time about the extra $100 hold on my card. When I returned my truck clean and full of gas they couldn’t figure out how to return my credit from the $100 hold. First rep said he could give me a cash refund for the difference between the rental charge and the extra $100 charge they put on my card. Then the manager at the Main Street location came over and sternly said we can’t give you cash back. I didn’t ask specifically for cash back and just wanted a credit back. The manager ended up making a phone call to his supervisor. This ended up taking about 20 minutes while my wife in our van and our dog were waiting for me. Needless to mention they weren’t happy waiting for me in this hot muggy weather. The lack of communication between the Manager of this location and his employees was disappointing.

First off my family and I have always used Uhaul for our moves and odds n ends and have always had a great experience. Hence why we have continued to go back time and time again. But this past experience was by far the worst I have ever encountered. The customer service from the manager repulsed me. Especially after we had our disagreement in the store, he jumped in his vehicle and sped off giving me the middle finger before I even had my vehicle started. That put the icing on the cake. The reason for the disagreement was due to the fact that I went in for my security deposit back and was expecting the 35 remaining from move. Was told it was only 4 after mileage and a check was sent out. First off the gas I was told was at 7/8 and it was only at 3/4. I took picture for proof. Also mileage was off by one. Not a huge deal. But when I rented it I wanted to return it to closest uhaul to save on mileage. That's why I said 60 miles total. Which would of been perfect. But when I got done unloading I noticed it said to return to Green Bay from the uhaul I rented it from. This not only put me 40miles over my mileage I also had to pay for the extra gas before returning it. When I explained the confusion to the manager he was very rude and basically told me all well and there was nothing he could or would do about it. When I asked for manger he informed me he was the manager and there was no one else to talk to. And to top it all off they put the wrong move too address so my 4 dollar check got mailed to who knows where. And he also stated he tried to call me and wasn't able to reach me but he never once tried the alternate number I left him. So I got on website and sent out 2 different complaints and also called the number on back of his card and left message with the 'president' of that location and have not received not one reply. So with that being said and having dealt with the worst customer service I will no longer use uhaul and start using budget service... Unless this matter is dealt with professionally. My opinion is that after all this madness I should receive a full refund and be sent to the correct address... 1218 Lowell St Two Rivers, WI 54241 Thanks for your time and hopefully your concern on the matter. And just a side note I'm a single mother of two boys and every dollar I earn is needed. It doesn't feel good to have a company that I valued screw me the way this branch has.

I picked the 17 ft truck because it started it could fit a 2-3 bedroom house. I was moving out of a SMALL 2 bedroom home and this truck did not nearly fit everything. I was disappointed in the size and needed to find friends and family to load items into their vehicles and borrow a trailer.

I went to the UHAUL on the East side of Green Bay, what an awful experience the general manager James was horrible, no customer service, just kept telling me no, can't do that, didn't even look up my name in the system, said I would not of said that and I could go to the one downtown, asked him to call and he told me no and it was only 5 minutes away which it was not and they didn't have what i needed and wasted my time. Because of this I will not go back. He was rude and didn't give a care.

It appears the safety chains had a couple of links that were worn, I'm sure from dragging on the pavement during use. The chains are quite long and some users don't twist them so they don't drag.
