Waited over 30 minutes to get help because there was one worker and took him over 30 minutes to fix one light.

The person who helped me was rude and had negative things to say about the customers he was helping on the phone. His interactions on the phone made me feel uncomfortable.

The vehicle worked great and helped me get the job done for a fair prices, so in general U-haul satisfied my needs. That said, the experience is pretty terrible. - Reserving the vehicle advertised 1000 things I didnt want, almost making me look like they were required and almost caused me not to reserve because I couldnt figure out how to continue without buying one of the upsells. - When I did reserve, I entered a mileage guess but it was not clear to me that if I guess high I wont be charged the extra, but rather the actual mileage. It was not clear to me if I went over my estimate if there would be an associated penalty/fee outside of the normal mileage cost (which if there is that would be shady, and if there isn't then please reassure me) - The fact that I had to replenish fuel in the vehicle was difficult for me to find, so much so that I anticipate this is a scheme by U-haul to be able to charge extra fuel fees on return. - The disclaimers I need to sign in order to get the vehicle in the first place make me feel like U-haul sees me as a likely criminal, and caused me to shudder at the thought of dealing with U-haul if *anything* were to go wrong with my rental. - And quite possibly the most strange part of the process is that the mobile check-in capability required me to go into the building to get a key from the attendant - if that's the case, then what is the point of mobile check-in? All in all, the experience was (in my opinion) quite terrible and U-haul should be ashamed at how bad it is. I'll be looking for an alternative next time I need to rent a moving vehicle.

When I went to return the trailer I was having issues accessing the app. When I called the pick up location (because the drop off location was closed) whoever answered the phone was extremely rude and no help at all. I don't know the guy's name, but he had ZERO customer service skills and caused me more stress than I already had.

Me Kong was extremely helpful, polite and had very good customer-focused skills/behavior - from the first phone call at 7:00am on the day I needed the truck until I returned it at 3 and the store was very busy with many customers.

The gas guage paper work said it was almost full, however the actual gauge showed that it was less than 3/4 full. Choosing is more in gas than we actually used.

This guy was awesome and apologized for the lack of attention provided at my hook up location. He was the one who informed me that the trailer wasn’t properly secured.

the ignition switch on this truck was crap! I had to jiggle the key several minutes before i could turn key to start it.

No suggestions but I wanted to mention that the service was excellent, both when I first rented the equipment and when I returned it. I give both employees two thumbs waaaaay up.

I had a terrible experience with UHaul. The truck that was turned in was a broken one. I got another truck but my contract was messed up. I had to call customer service several times to get everything straightened out. It was never fixed but luckily the manager at the UHaul in Ohio was able to fix it for me.

He entered our information on the wrong reservation, but assured us it was gone when he hit cancel, not very comfortable. He entered our information again but said the computer rebooted and he had to enter again. Very uncomfortable for us. Felt like scamming. Also the call in reservation was very bad, felt like they were asking ridiculous questions and nothing they asked seemed to matter when we picked it up. Note, reservation was done by me, a female, when we picked it up (myself and a guy) none of the crazy questions were asked, even though I had not answered all of the questions correctly and had received an email saying my answers were wrong. He never even asked what we were driving. Why do you badger a female with dumb questions when renting a 5x8 trailer, which, even though I had asked if inner dimensions were 5x8 and was told yes, it is a few inches less than that. Could have been a big deal for us. You did not ask anything when a make was present. Not a good customer service

Chia was a fantastic resource upon arrival and helped with a quick process picking up the trailer. Cannot remember the gentlemen that helped when dropping the trailer back off but was equally impressive and helpful.

I made my reservation two days before I went there. I called the morning of to verify that everything was in order. I was informed that it was. When I got there (1230pm) they did not have the reservation for the truck, only the dolly. By 140pm we were able to get a truck and appliance dolly. We were informed that we would be compensated for the trouble. We had the truck and dolly back by 330pm. We rented a storage unit at the same time. The employee did not know the locations of the units, and we walked around for a bit before locating the correct one. The code we were given was supposedly the correct one but the doors didn't open for it and we were told that it would be looked into and we would be contacted (never happened). We got the truck unloaded and when we dropped the papers off the gentleman was on break and said he would take care of it once he was off of break..Since then I have had emails, phone calls, and additional chargers to my checking account. I supposedly never returned the truck. Then accused of not returning the dolly. I've spoken with whom I assume to be the district manager (Kevin) and he stated that the additional charges would be dropped, after I explained that I was returning phone calls and what I was told by the employees at this location. Since then more charges have been added. I am currently waiting for the charges to officially post to my account where my bank is having me come in to fill out fraud papers. Seriously, how can they not look at the cameras that are plastered all over that place before they accuse someone of keeping a truck for an additional day/s. We weren't the only ones having issues that day. Several customers that were before us were also struggling with getting what they paid for. No accountability from the staff. Blaming other departments. They really need to get better training and better communication.

Everything was great. The van was clean and in great shape and ran well. The staff was friendly and polite. I wouldn't hesitate to rent a van here again if the need arises.

Shorten the time it takes to pick one up. The gal at the counter kept answering phone calls while I was trying to pick the vehicle up. They, you charged us $25.00 for "Cleaning" when we swept it out twice, and had no cargo of dirt or otherwise. Ridiculous on an old rental truck.

Your code doesnt work. Anyone can just walk in. Alarm always going off tobthe point nobody even looks. Cant use the restoom facility there. Drop off was 20 miles away. Y couldnt i use gb u guys suck

Manager Phillip Jackson provided exemplary service throughout my time there. Though he was always short-staffed, I would not hesitate to use or recommend this facility again.
