Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI had a great experience with all staff and the Facility was top notch. Austin and Hannah are great and truly enjoy their customers as well as their job.
Duane R | Experiencia generalTotally incompetent staff. 3 people 3 different answers and know how. Rude and disrespectful.
MATTEO R | Experiencia generalVery helpful and accommodating! Thanks for making my move just a little less stressful.
linda s | ReservaciónVery clean and well maintained facility. Austin and his staff were a delight to do business with and a great location right off of I-540
ETHAN S | Experiencia generalWe felt that our items were very well secured in your storage. And will use it again in the future.
MARY F | Experiencia generalRe: Integrity Storage at Turner Farms Rent Reminder. me To [redacted] Mar 23 Mar 23 at 8:56 AM I have moved out of both units. There are still legal matters pending that are going to get resolved, by legal means if necessary. 1. This move was hindered by the unsanitary conditions at this storage facility. By your staff's own admission the facility experienced a rodent infestation and I was not notified about it so I could mitigate or prevent said infestation within my storage units. This has resulted in my having to rent both storage units for far longer than intended. Additionally, I endured denial of use of my household goods because these were not relo rated as scheduled. All due to the unsanitary conditions at your facility. 2. When this occurred, I respectfully requested that my unit be cleaned at management's expense to adequately resolve this. My request went unanswered. 3. The next attempt to get moved out failed, largely as a result of lack of cooperation to prove to the carrier that pest control services had been performed throughout the facility. 4. This is not over. In fact, count on hearing from my attorney on this matter.
steve m | Experiencia generalVery helpful and friendly office. Facility is clean, convenient, and elevators were great since my unit was on the second floor was
Sheryl J | Experiencia generalHannah was amazing the whole 3 years we rented.

Michael H | Experiencia generalLisa and Hannah were very helpful, friendly, and professional when they helped me get my storage unit. They were flexible and helped me get the exact unit I needed. I would definitely recommend this facility and this staff to a friend.
KEET D | ReservaciónI use this facility for storage and truck rentals. Austin is awesome. I love to deal with him for my rentals and storage.
Tammi J | Experiencia generalWe actually switched into a different unit and have been storing here for some time now. This storage facility is exactly what we need: clean, safe, well lit, great hours and the staff here is excellent.
ANN D | Experiencia generalKind and generous every time I went! Thank you for your services. You are appreciated!
Mckinley R | Experiencia generalLove this place. The people that work here are so nice, wonderful and helpful.
Susan M | Experiencia generalWe reserved space two weeks ago for June 1st. Our daughter is moving out of her student apartment by the end of July and has items that need to be stored since she graduated in May. The experience with getting everything set up yesterday was wonderful and did not take too long. It was easy to navigate getting through the gate and accessing the storage unit via the elevator plus having the carts available for moving. Thank you for making this process very easy. We're thrilled this location is right down the road from where we live and will be easy to access dropping stuff off or picking things up. Thank you so much for the great customer service!
Jennifer P | ReservaciónExcellent customer service, safe and secure location
EDWARD L | Experiencia generalEveryone was so kind when my card was stolen and I missed a payment- I appreciate it
