Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulTERRIBLE! The storage location did not have my reservation information, did not have available space, did not have the unit I reserved! No help at all!
Privacy R | Primeras impresionesWasp nest at entrance to storage unit and high weeds at base of door. Inside was very dry and had some dried flower petals that were easily swept out.
Privacy R | Primeras impresionesReceived a call at 4:00 pm the day before my storage was to begin informing me that there was no space for me. I was very disappointed that I was not notified much sooner.
Privacy R | Primeras impresionesI was told the place didn`t close until 8. Was unable to get a storage and stuck with my rental truck an extra day and had to place extra miles and gas for the inconvenience.
Privacy R | Primeras impresionesThe folks at the site were very friendly and helpful.
TOM H | Primeras impresionesI had contacted the manager of the storage facility prior to arrival. He stated that he would be there until 9:00pm. When I arrived at 4:30pm he was not there. I will not be using this facility.
Privacy R | Primeras impresionesI did not use this facility
Privacy R | Primeras impresionesI give this company a good rating bc I was contacted the next day after placing the order for storage to be advised this was not a location where this free month would be accepted.
