Location seemed disorganized. Location did not have a uhaul hooked up to my account so I couldn't mobile pick up my Uhaul. Location did not have a keydrop box for me to drop my keys off in to. (KEy box is to small to fit keys) Had to call Uhaul and stay on the line for 15-20 minutes just to speak to someone to find out what to do.

Eric Petit, Area Field Manager, is dismissive, rude and entirely unhelpful. Uhaul should also honor the rates that were confirmed with the reservation. Including that info in confirmation emails would also be helpful as I now have no way to prove what the agreed rate was, though I imagine this is by design. Will never rent from Uhaul again. Remarkably terrible experience.

The lady had marked wrong gas on contract and i picked up at close to closing time and when i returned i put it exactly where it was when i picked it up and i was charged gas fee because she had information listed wrong

Your location was great. Your customer service on the phone was some of the worst I have experienced in my life. I opted for mobile checkout since I wanted to pick up at 8AM and the location opened at 9:30AM. I was not able to complete the mobile checkin because I was not able to press the button to take a photo of my license. I am not angry about that, since it could just be that my browser wasn't workable with your site. All I wanted to do was talk with someone on your customer service to solve this problem. I talked with 4 different representatives because I had to call back 3 times. The first hung up on me while I was looking up my registration number. Remember, since this was a mobile checkin, all of my registration information is on my phone so it is hard to talk and look up. The second person told me they were going to transfer me to a different department and then transferred me to your main line, effectively hanging up on me. The third person started to go through an online reservation process. I gave her my license information, my credit card information, the reason why I couldn't go into the store (not opened yet,) etc. This phone call was 30 minutes. Then while I was on hold, she hung up on me. My 4th call, and remember I have to sit on hold each time, told me that there was unfortunately nothing she could do other than direct me to a Uhaul location nearby that was open. I didn't take this option since it was already 9:20. Laurie was her name and she was helpful. She also gave me information in 20 seconds that I had spent an hour on the phone trying to ascertain while being hung up on repeatedly. I was never rude or yelled at anyone because I don't believe in that, but this is a pathetic way to treat your customer. I will go out of my way to avoid ever using your services again.
