I didn’t have access after hours for the first 2 months because the door system was not working properly. This was fixed around mid December so my storage unit was extended longer than anticipated because of this issue. I had to access the unit during business hours which was inconvenient.

Their equipment didn’t function as intended nearly thwarting my moving timeline. The staff at Nashville went above and beyond! The staff at Gardena were exceptionally helpful as well. Using U-Haul was like having a very competent team with me along the entire moving process. I didn’t feel that with Budget. It seemed like I was given equipment but safety checks like U-Haul does were non-existent. That and the three calls to get the credit card charge reversed, have reminded me to never look elsewhere for moving needs. U-Haul is definitely the one stop shop I’ll recommend.
