Been there 3 time lately and all 3 times the computers were not working properly causing 30 minute delay. The sales people were very friendly, however, the computer support equipment was horrible. 3 times they had to enter my data and it kept crashing... The last 3 visits were exactly the same. On going issue with Uhaul and their computer system.

I didn't like that the rates kept going up and up. Also, there is no elevator at the facility. My poor father had to help me carry the heaviest boxes upstairs. Never again!

I came in 15 minutes before closing, and Judy really took care of everything and made sure everything was right. Her system was not accepting my tow vehicle and setup as being capable, though my phone reservation said it wouldn't be a problem. She kept working at it until she got it working. I believe Judy was the manager on duty, so she also had to deal with closing the store, but was very friendly and courteous with me. Not only was my experience at this store Excellent, it was also ABOVE EXCELLENT. You have an excellent employee here. Thank you!

Not rent out trucks with warrants. I was stopped by the police shortly after I rented the truck. But released after they realized I wasn't the previous renter. It was terrifying. When I returned the truck and shared what had occurred with the representative there was no apology, no compassion.

I have been a customer at this location for years. It has always been my go to for all my moving needs, from truck rentals to storage space. I was in on January 26, 2020 to close out my storage unit and rent a moving truck. Judy Forman was the representative that assisted me, she is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kind representatives I have ever dealt with at this location. She went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. The employees at this location are always so nice and helpful, but Judy is the epitome of perfect customer service!!

Overall, I thought the customer service was satisfactory. Yet it would have been nice if there were at least 2 customer service representatives helping at the front desk (when there are 2 or more people waiting in line for service), since I had to wait in line almost 15 minutes before I was able to be helped. I thought by doing my reservation online (including submitting a copy of my drivers license online), I thought I would save time and thought I would only have to show my drivers license and credit card and be on my way. Yet once I was waited on, I still had to spend about 10 minutes trying to get my cargo van rental. Since I got extra coverage, I was disappointed that the customer service representative did not immediately know what was the number for me to call, in case I had a flat tire or needed emergency roadside service with my cargo van rental . . . so I ended up finding the phone number on the back of the key fob several minutes later on my own. I also was disappointed that the customer service representative did not tell me how to actually get my cargo van on the lot. So when I went out to talk with one of the U-Haul representatives on the lot, he seemed to have a slight bad attitude that I was bothering him asking for help on how to actually physically get my cargo van. The customer service representative should have just told me to look at the cargo van number on the key fob and get the cargo van with that same number (the cargo van has large identifying numbers on the outside of the vans) out on the lot. It was that simple, but my not knowing how the process worked and not being told how to get my cargo van on the lot, this was very frustrating. Upon returning the cargo van, that process was super easy and fast, and the customer service agent on the lot that re-took delivery of the cargo van was very professional and friendly.

The van i rented, the gas tank was leaking gasoline profusely at the gas station when i was pumping. Apparently someone was stealing gas at their lot, that's why it only had a quarter tank instead of half when i picked it up. And i only drove it for 13 miles, i only need to refuel it for one gallon.

The process was unfavorable initially but we got through the slow check in etc. only to return the vehicle with issues. We were not told to walk the vehicle and notify of scratches and dents, we were not notified about the fuel charge to re fill tank vs fill gas used. The left hand seeming didn’t know what the right was doing. Even though everything worked out in the end, I felt like location was trying to scam us. What should have been a $19-40 rental almost turned into $60-$$$ .
